E-mails About Your Order

After you place your order, you will receive e-mails about your order. Below are examples of e-mails you might receive:

Order Confirmation

This e-mail confirms that we have received your order. It includes your order number. Keep this e-mail for your records.

Shipment Confirmation

This e-mail confirms that your order or part of your order has shipped. You may receive multiple e-mails depending on the items you selected, or if you ordered multiple items and they were shipped separately. The arrival time of your order depends on the shipping method selected, item selected, and your shipping location.

Important notice about your order

There are a few reasons why you would receive this e-mail, including: difficulty in processing your order, inability to ship to the address provided, duplicate order, or cancellation of order.

Important Information About Payment

  • For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

Checkout

Note: If you have a Promotion/Discount Code, you can enter it at any time during checkout. In the order summary section, enter the code in the box labeled "Discount" and click "Apply."

If your discount qualifies, it will be displayed in the payment summary. Codes are case sensitive. Only one Promotional Discount code per order will be accepted.

Checkout Process

  1. Enter Shipping Address

    Enter your shipping address in the fields below to indicate where you would like your order sent. You may be asked to verify your shipping information is correct. Click "Continue to Shipping" when complete.

    Please note at this time, we are unable to ship to multiple addresses.

  2. Select Shipping Options

    Select a shipping method for your items and click "Continue to Payment."

  3. Select and Enter Payment Options

    Next, enter your payment method. Confirm your payment information is entered correctly to avoid delays in the checkout process.

  4. Enter Billing Address

    If your billing address and shipping address match, you can proceed without further action. Otherwise, click the button next to "Use a Different Shipping Address." Enter your billing address in the fields below.

    • Your name and billing address must be entered exactly as they appear on your credit card statements to avoid any delay in the authorization process. If you are not paying with a credit card, this address will allow us to contact you if any issues arise with your order.
  5. Complete Order

    To complete your purchase, click "Complete Order" on the Payment step of checkout. At this time, your credit card will be authorized for the purchase amount. You will not be charged until your order ships.

  6. Receipt

    After you complete the checkout process, the Receipt page provides you with your order number, date and total. Print this receipt and save the order information for your records. You will need this information for all references to your order. 

Redeeming Promotion Codes

Steps for redeeming a Promotion or Discount Code:

  1. On either the Payment page or the Review Your Order page in Checkout, enter the code exactly as it appears in the field provided.

  2. Codes are case sensitive.

  3. Click "Apply."

If your discount qualifies, it will be displayed in the payment summary. Only one Promotional Discount code per order will be accepted.

  • Prices advertised on this site are for online orders only.
  • Prices on some items may differ from those advertised in RadioShack stores.
  • All merchandise may not be available at all stores, and all stores may not participate in all sales promotions. We recommend you contact the store to confirm product availability and price.
  • Item Availability

    A product's availability is clearly noted on the product detail page as: In Stock, Out-of-Stock, or In Store Only. Items labeled Out-of-Stock may not be available in stores, and are temporarily out-of-stock online, or are not available for shipment until a specific release date provided by the manufacturer (Release Date items). For more information, please read the details below.

    In-Stock Items

    Most orders for In-Stock items begin the order process as soon as your online purchase is completed. Your In-Stock item will be shipped once the item is located in stock, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped to you.

    After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during Checkout and the location of your shipping address. For more information about shipping policies, please refer to the Shipping Methods and Costs section.

    Out-of-Stock Items

    Quantities may be limited for items in stock.

    In-Store Only

    Items displayed online may be available in your local store. Please use the store locator feature to find locations convenient to you. Store stock levels fluctuate based on demand; items labeled in store only are not guaranteed to be carried or in stock at each store location. Please contact the store to determine product availability. 

    Shipping Methods & Costs

    Depending on the item(s) you purchase and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order.

    At Checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). (Please note that some items may offer only one shipping method.) Shipping costs are dependent on the items in your order and the shipping method you select. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during Checkout prior to the completion of your order.

    Shipping costs for orders placed on this site are based on the weight of the total order. You will be provided with the total shipping cost for your order during Checkout.

    Generally, you will have the option of upgrading your shipping method for faster delivery (i.e. Two-Day). If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and accepted by 1:00 p.m. CST (2:00 p.m. EST) or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

    Shipping Surcharges

    Some items may be subject to additional shipping and handling surcharges due to:

    • size or weight
    • shipping destination

    You will be provided with the total shipping cost for your order during Checkout.

    48 Contiguous United States

    Standard Ground, normally 3 - 5 business days

    Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Standard Ground service. You can expect your order to arrive within 3-5 full business days after the warehouse processing timeframe.

    Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. You will be provided with the total shipping cost for your order during Checkout.

    "Two-Day", normally 2 business days

    Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Two-Day service. In order for your order to be processed for "Two-Day" service, you must place the order before 11:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time. You can expect your order to arrive within 2 full business days after the warehouse processing timeframe.

    Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. You will be provided with the total shipping cost for your order during Checkout.

    Shipping Rules & Restrictions

    • Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
    • Orders shipping to an APO / FPO military address or a Post Office box may only be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service and cannot be expedited. Note that all orders shipped or billed to APO / FPO addresses are eligible for FREE shipping.
    • Orders with products containing materials such as compressed gasses or certain chemicals are ineligible for "Two-Day" shipping. This restriction is labelled as such on the product detail page.
