Do I need to create an account to shop?
Creating an account allows you to have a more seamless experience. With your account, you’ll be able to: store your billing address, add multiple shipping addresses, join our mailing list, check your order status, get real time support, and even create a wish list! Also, we can contact you if there's a problem with your order. It's quick and easy. Just click here to create your account.
If I need to change my order after placing it, what do I do?
We strive to have all orders picked, packed, and shipped as quickly as possible because we know you can't wait to receive it! So, we start processing the moment you click 'Place Order'. However, if you need to change your order after placing it, feel free to reach out to us to check your order status and get assistance. We’ll do our best to accommodate any changes you may need.
How do I know if my order was submitted successfully?
Once you’ve placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. It will have all the details you may need about your purchase.
Why haven’t I received a confirmation email for my order?
If you haven’t received an email from us, there are usually a couple of reasons why: 1. You may have an outdated/mistyped email address on file. 2. You may have a spam blocker filtering emails from us. Check your spam folder, and if our email is there, mark it as not spam. If not, contact our Customer Service for order details. Make sure to keep your user information current and try turning off any spam blockers that may be preventing our messages from reaching you.
If I’m not fully satisfied with my purchase, what’s the process for making a return?
From the date of delivery, we offer you a 30-day window to return your items. We want to make sure your return process is smooth and easy. However, please keep in mind there are a few conditions under which we may need to reject returns: 1. Missing, damaged, altered, or unreadable serial number labels, UPC codes, manufacturer model or part number labels, and/or warranty labels. 2. Products returned without all original packaging and accessories, including retail boxes, manuals, cables, and any other originally included items. 3. Products that appear to have been tampered with, customized, or altered. 4. Products showing signs of physical damage 5. Products marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
How long does the return process take?
To initiate a return process, call: 1 844 44 SHACK For products up to 10 pounds, RadioShack will provide a prepaid Return Shipping Label at no cost. -The customer needs to place the return label on the package and take it to an authorized drop-off location to send it back to us within the designated return period. -Once the product is received*, we will process the refund. *To qualify for a refund, the product must meet the following criteria: -The returned product should be in excellent condition -The product must not have been damaged or altered -The product must include its original packaging with all accessories and components. -Refunds may take 5-10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times. For products over 10 lbs, the customer will need to cover the return shipping costs, which may vary depending on the product. -Once the product is received*, we will process the refund. *To qualify for a refund, the product must meet the following criteria: -The returned product should be in excellent condition -The product must not have been damaged or altered -The product must include its original packaging with all accessories and components. -Refunds may take 5-10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
How do I report a damaged product or issue with my order?
We offer returns for defective products or if you receive an incorrect item. Defective products are those with manufacturing defects. Keep in mind these defects must not result from customer use, misuse, or wear and tear. You’ll have a 30-day window from the date listed on your receipt to open a case. When can I expect my order to arrive?
All orders placed by 3PM EST will be processed within the same business day. Orders placed after 3PM EST will be processed the next business day. Service levels depend on where in the country the order is being shipped to. Please reference this map to get an approximate of how long it should take for you to receive your order.
Where can I find out dimensions for the product if they are not listed on the website?
Our products should have all information listed but in the rare event that any information is missing, please contact us at customers@radioshack.com or 1 844 44 SHACK so that we can update information on our site accordingly.
Do you have service manuals or schematic diagrams for old models?
No. Unfortunately for older RadioShack / Realistic / Optimus products these are no longer available. For newer products, please contact us and we will see what we can do to assist. We have access to information on products available starting July 2024.
Can I return online purchases to a physical store?
No, all purchases made on radioshack.com can only be returned through our customer service channels at customers@radioshack.com or 1 844 44 SHACK. There are independent retailers operating physical RadioShack stores and any purchase through them needs to be returned to them directly.
Where do you ship?
We ship to all 48 states in the continental U.S., as well as Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We do not ship to Canada or any other international locations at this time.
Do you offer international shipping?
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at the moment.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes due to the dimensions and weight of our products.
What are your shipping costs?
For orders of $30.00 or more, we provide Free Standard Shipping. For purchases up to $29.99, a flat shipping rate of $4.99 will be applied to your order.
What are the shipping timeframes?

What if I never received my order?
If your tracking number shows your order was delivered but you never received it, please contact our Customer Support at customers@radioshack.com or 1 844 44 SHACK to open up a case.
Why doesn’t the shipping company website recognize the tracking number for an order I placed?
Once you receive a shipping confirmation email, tracking information may take 1-2 days to update from the time the shipment was initiated. You may want to wait a day or two to allow the carrier to update their portals. If you think your shipment might be delayed, feel free to call us here: 1 844 44 SHACK.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
We do not offer an expedited shipping option at this time.
Is it possible to ship with a freight forwarder?
We do not ship via freight forwarders.
What payment methods are available?
RadioShack supports credit card payments and other payment processing systems such as PayPal. These methods will be clearly stated and available on the checkout page.
How long does it take for a refund to show in my account?
Refunds take 2-3 business days to be processed. Depending on the bank, some refunds may require an additional 5-10 business days to be reflected.
Do I have to pay tax on my purchase?
Yes. Sales tax is calculated according to the state and county tax laws where the order is being shipped.
