Customer Policies
1. Shipping & Delivery Policy
1.1. Overview
Understanding that the shipping process can be a concern, we strive to provide clear and comprehensive shipping information for the products sold on our website. Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy applies to any order you place with us. Note that we may be unable to process orders for shipment outside the contiguous United States (lower 48 states and the District of Columbia).
1.2. Delivery Method
All items purchased on radioshack.com are delivered to your door. We do not currently offer curbside or in-store pickup options.
1.3. Shipping Methods & Costs
We provide Standard Flat-Rate shipping for all purchases. Free Standard Shipping is available on qualifying orders. Shipping costs, where applicable, are calculated at checkout. Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes. If you designate a PO box as the shipping address for you order, it will be subject to cancellation and your purchase immediately refunded.
1.4. Standard Flat Rate Shipping
For purchases totaling up to $29.99, after applying any discounts and before taxes, a flat shipping rate of $4.99 will be applied to your order.
1.5. Free Standard Shipping
For purchases totaling $30.00 or more, after applying any discounts and before taxes, enjoy free standard shipping. Items eligible for free shipping will be marked on the product page and in your shopping cart.
Please note that not all items qualify for free shipping. The free shipping offer excludes items such as digital downloads, Radio Shack Gift Cards, special orders, items listed as specialty items, scheduled delivery items and any items cancelled or removed from the order. We do not currently offer free shipping on returns or exchanges of items purchased on www.radioshack.com. You will be solely responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returns of exchanges of items you purchase on www.radioshack.com.
1.6. Special Sales and Promotional Offers
During special sales and promotional events, we may offer free or discounted shipping on certain purchases or qualifying items. All free or discounted shipping offers will be noted on our website and during checkout. We reserve the right to terminate or otherwise cancel any special sales and promotional events at any time.
1.7. Estimated Delivery Times
The estimated delivery times variate from 1-7 business days, depending on your location. Certain locations or products may require additional days to process prior to shipping. You can see each product's estimated arrival date with your tracking code, once the order has already been shipped. . If for some reason you don't receive your product, you may be eligible for a replacement product if you notify us during your return and exchange time period as set forth in our Returns and Exchange Policy.
1.8. Title to Products
Purchases of product through RadioShack are subject to a destination contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for these products passes to you upon the carrier's delivery to your ship-to address, and RadioShack is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage after delivery.
1.9. Order Tracking
After completing the checkout process, a tracking number will be provided via email upon dispatch of your order. You can check the status of your order by contacting RadioShack by chat, calling our phone number 1(844)44SHACK, and/or by logging in into your account.
2. Returns and Exchange Policy
2.1. Returns Generally
At RadioShack, we understand the importance of having a smooth return and exchange process. From the date of delivery, we offer you a 30-day return window to return your items. Note that products marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged. If you wish to exchange or return a product to RadioShack, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number before returning your purchased product. To ensure a successful return or exchange, please return the items in their original condition, including all accessories and packaging.
With a few exceptions, we will reimburse you for returned items in the same way you paid for them. If you prefer, you can make an exchange for the same item or receive store credit in the form of payment method at checkout, this is only applicable to registered users. Any amounts deducted from store credit will be credited to the total store credit available to the customer.[FV1]
For returns by mail, once we receive your return, we will process it within 7–10 business days. Depending on your bank’s processing time, it may take up to 10 days after we process the return to reflect on your account.
For all returns and exchanges, customers are responsible for all shipping costs unless otherwise noted. RadioShack will cover the cost for the first return for up to 10 pounds. In order to proceed with a Return or Exchange, the Customer has to contact Radioshack, by chat or by calling our phone number 1(844)44SHACK. Returns and exchanges must be shipped to Radioshack USA LLC, Returns Dept., 2107 Eastview Pkwy, Conyers, GA 30013, using the return label provided by Radioshack, unless we specify otherwise.
2.2. Returns for Defective or Incorrect Items
We offer returns for defective products or if you received an incorrect item. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your purchase.
Defective products are those with manufacturing defects, which include faults in design, materials, or assembly that affect the product’s functionality. These defects must not result from customer use, misuse, or wear and tear. Confirmation of such defects is subject to RadioShack inspection and verification.
2.3. Exchanging Defective Products
If you’re seeking an exchange for your defective product or an item that you incorrectly received, we aim to process and ship your replacement in the same time period as that of delivery of the original shipment.
In cases where the specific product you are exchanging is no longer available or out of stock, RadioShack offers you the choice of receiving a RadioShack store credit or a refund. Store Credit will only be redeemable on our website.
Please note that exchanges are limited to the same product you originally purchased. At this time, RadioShack does not offer the option to exchange or return a product for a different item as a replacement.
2.4. Return & Exchange Policy Exclusions
We reserve the right to reject returns of products under the following conditions:
- Products with a missing, damaged, altered, or unreadable serial number label, UPC Code, manufacturer model or part number label, and/or warranty label.
- Products returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and any other items originally included.
- Products that appear tampered with, customized, or altered.
- Products showing physical damage.
3. Protection Plan Overview
We offer limited warranty for each product, with a duration as specified for the product. In the event we offer additional protection and replacement plans we will post the relevant details and terms for such plans.
4. Customer Service Overview

5. Product Alert and Safety Recall
At RadioShack, customer well-being is our priority. In the event of any safety concerns or recall announcements about products sold on our website, our dedicated team of specialists will swiftly respond to ensure these products are either removed from our platform or accompanied by safety warnings for our customers.
Upon receiving a recall alert or notification of a safety issue, RadioShack will take the following measures:
- Confirm the recall or safety concern from the source and evaluate the necessary actions.
- Compile and review all relevant order data, including the identification and contact information of affected customers.
- Suspend sales of the affected product(s).
- Engage with the companies involved to develop a resolution plan.
- Reach out to affected customers and implement the resolution plan.
- Maintain ongoing communication with the notifying source.

6. RadioShack Gift Card Overview
This policy applies to RadioShack Gift Cards including e-gift cards and store credit gift cards. RadioShack Gift cards are only redeemable online at www.radioshack.com for any merchandise or services. RadioShack Gift Cards do not expire and cannot be redeemed for cash or as credit and debit cards
