Spring Coupon Offer

  • What are the spring $10 with $30 coupons?
    • The spring coupon offer gives any customer who spends $30 or more a coupon for $10 off their next qualifying purchase. The coupons can be earned from 3/31/13 6/29/13. Only one coupon can be earned per transaction. Coupons will be valid for redemption starting 3 days after the initial qualifying purchase and are valid for 21 days.
  • Where/how can I earn the spring coupons?
    • You earn one $10 coupon when $30 or more is spent in a single transaction (before tax/shipping) at participating RadioShack locations, RadioShack.com or radioshackwireless.com.
    • In participating stores, the coupon will print on the original receipt. For online purchases, coupon will be sent via email. For purchases in select stores, the coupon must be retrieved from https://rewards.radioshack.com by entering the necessary receipt information. Coupons will be available 3 days after the qualifying purchase.
  • Where can I redeem my coupons?
    • Coupons may be redeemed at any participating RadioShack location. One $10 coupon may be redeemed per transaction on a minimum qualifying purchase of $10. Some product exclusions apply. Redeem by date will be specified on coupon
  • Can I redeem my spring coupons online?
    • Unfortunately, coupons are not available for redemption on RadioShack.com. Visit radioshack.com/locations to find a local store.
  • Can I redeem my coupons with other offers/discounts?
    • Only one coupon may be redeemed per transaction and it cannot be combined with any other coupons or certain other offers, including the employee discount. Coupon is valid on the purchase of sale items.  
  • How long do I have to redeem my coupons?
    • Coupons will be available for use 3 days after the initial qualifying purchase and are valid for 21 days. The specific redeem by date will be indicated on the coupon.
  • When will I receive my coupons?
    • In participating stores, the coupon will print on the original receipt. For online purchases, coupon will be sent via email. For purchases in select stores, the coupon must be retrieved from https://rewards.radioshack.com by entering the necessary receipt information. Coupons will be available 3 days after the qualifying purchase.
  • I accidentally lost my receipt with the coupon, can I get a replacement?
    • Unfortunately, coupons are not replaceable.
  • How many coupons can I redeem at once?
    • Only one coupon may be redeemed per transaction. A minimum qualifying purchase of $10 is required. Each coupon has a unique code and is valid for one use only.
  • Do I have to have my original receipt to redeem my coupon?
    • No, but you need to present the actual coupon for redemption. Each coupon has a unique code and is valid for one use only. Multiple printouts or photocopies will not be accepted.
  • Can I redeem my coupon on gift card purchases?
    • Gift cards and entertainment cards are not eligible for purchase with the coupons. However, you can earn coupons by purchasing gift cards and entertainment cards.
  • Can I earn coupons on gift card purchases?
    • Yes, but you may not redeem the coupons on future gift card or entertainment card purchases.
  • Are there any transactions that do not qualify the customer to receive a coupon?
    • No, all transactions that are $30 or more before taxes and shipping charges, qualify for the coupon.
  • What purchases can I use my coupon on?
    • Coupons are valid on all purchases of $10 or more except Apple, airtime, gift/entertainment cards, services, special orders, refurbished items and purchases on radioshack.com. At Dealer/Franchise locations, coupons are only valid on RadioShack merchandise.
  • If I return an item, is my coupon still valid?
    • Returning any items which result in a non-qualifying purchase amount may invalidate the coupon.
  • If I purchase a gift that qualifies for the coupon and the recipient returns it, is my coupon still redeemable?
    • Returning any items which result in a non-qualifying purchase amount may invalidate the coupon.
