RadioShack Cash Promotion FAQs

  • How does the RadioShack Cash promotion work?
    • Customers earn one $10 coupon for every $30 spent in a single transaction (before tax/shipping) at participating RadioShack locations or on RadioShack.com from 5/30–9/01/14. A maximum of three coupons can be earned per transaction, but only one coupon can be redeemed at a time. For in-store purchases, coupons are valid only in participating stores. For online purchases, coupons are valid only online. "Coupons will be delivered to the valid email address provided at time of purchase within 7 days, except in California. California store customers and store customers who don't provide a valid email address can download their earned coupons by visiting https://rewards.radioshack.com after 3 days from the qualifying purchase and entering the necessary receipt information.
  • Where/how can I earn the coupons?
    • You earn one $10 coupon for every $30 spent in a single qualifying transaction (before tax/shipping) at participating RadioShack locations or on RadioShack.com. A maximum of three coupons can be earned per transaction.

One $10 coupon may be redeemed per qualifying transaction per visit. A $10 minimum purchase (before tax) is required. Some product exclusions apply. Valid dates will be specified on coupon.
  • Can I redeem my coupons online?
    • If your coupons were earned from an online purchase, they can be redeemed at radioshack.com. Go to radioshack.com, select the qualifying item(s) you would like to purchase and add to your shopping cart. Follow the checkout instructions and type the PIN code from your coupon in the promotion code field at checkout. Only one coupon may be redeemed per transaction.
    • Coupons earned for in-store purchases cannot be redeemed on radioshack.com. Visit radioshack.com/locations to find a local store.
  • Can I redeem my coupons with other offers/discounts/free shipping?
    • Only one coupon may be redeemed per transaction per visit, and it cannot be combined with any other coupons or certain other offers, including the employee discount. Coupons are valid on the purchase of sale and clearance items. When purchasing on radioshack.com, coupons may be combined with applicable free shipping offers.
  • How long do I have to redeem my coupons?
    • In-store coupons are valid for 21 days from date of purchase. Online coupons are valid for 21 days from date of shipping notification. The specific redeem by date will be indicated on each coupon.
  • When will I receive my coupons?
    • Coupons will be delivered to the valid email address provided at time of purchase within 7 days, except in California. You will receive one email containing all the coupons you earned per transaction, up to three coupons.
    • California store customers and store customers who don't provide a valid email address can download their earned coupons by visiting https://rewards.radioshack.com after 3 days from the original purchase and entering the necessary receipt information.
  • What if I do not have an email address to receive the coupons?
    • Store customers are not required to provide a valid email address in order to qualify for this coupon offer. Store customers who don't provide a valid email address can download their earned coupons by visiting https://rewards.radioshack.com after 3 days from the original purchase and entering the necessary receipt information.
    • Online customers are required to provide a valid email address to receive their coupons.
  • How many coupons can I redeem at once?
    • Only one coupon may be redeemed per transaction, per visit. Each coupon has a unique code and is valid for one use only.
  • Do I have to have my original receipt to redeem my coupons?
    • No, you only need the actual coupon for in-store redemption or the promo code for online redemption. Each coupon has a unique code and is valid for one use only. Multiple printouts or photocopies will not be accepted.
  • Can I redeem my coupons on gift card purchases?
    • Gift cards and entertainment cards are not eligible for purchase with the coupons. However, you can earn coupons by purchasing gift cards and entertainment cards.
  • Can I earn coupons on gift card purchases?
    • Yes, but you may not redeem the coupons on future gift card or entertainment card purchases.
  • Can I earn or redeem coupons on RadioShack credit card or other bill payments?
    • No, credit card, bill and service payments do not earn coupons, and you cannot redeem your coupons on credit card, bill or service payments.
  • What purchases can I use my coupons on?
    • These coupons are valid on all purchases except Apple®, Fitbit and Quirky products, airtime, gift/entertainment cards, services, credit card/bill payments, special orders and refurbished items. A $10 minimum purchase (before tax) is required. At participating Dealer/Franchise locations, coupons are only valid on RadioShack merchandise.
  • If I return an item, are my coupons still valid?
    • Returning an item may invalidate the coupons.
  • If I purchase a gift that qualifies for coupons and the recipient returns it, are my coupons still redeemable?
    • Returning an item may invalidate the coupons.
  • What happens if I return an item purchased with a coupon?
    • If you return an item purchased with a coupon, you will receive a refund/store credit for the amount you spent in accordance with our return policy. The coupon value will not be credited or refunded.
  • I accidentally lost my coupons, can I get replacements?
    • Unfortunately, coupons are not replaceable.
  • I haven't received my coupons, what do I do?
    • If you have not received your coupons within 7 days, check the spam/junk folder of the email account you provided at the time of purchase.
    • If you did not provide a valid email address at the time of purchase, store customers can download their earned coupons by visiting https://rewards.radioshack.com after 3 days from the qualifying purchase and entering the necessary receipt information.
    • If you still do not have your coupons, please call 1-800-THE-SHACK, option 9, or visit www.radioshackhelp.com. Receipt will be required on all customer service inquiries.
