This thing is so much fun. I really thought at first it was going to be some stupid game that just made you do boring repetitive stuff over and over again...and I was kinda right, but they make it way fun! The balance games are probably the most fun. The running, hoola hoop, and step game are also great ways to work off some calories. As lame as it sounnds, the advanced step game is a lot like Dance Dance Revolution, except toned down so everyone can play it. Rhythmic Boxing has the same feel, but more like Parappa the Rappa (which is even cooler!).

I'm really digging the strength excersises so far, they really work your muscles! I just need to unlock more of them. I'm not too fond of yoga (but what male is?).

Overall this is a really fun game, and it does work you out too. After playing for an hour or so, you can really feel it in some of your muscles. I think this is just what any family needs to have fun and stay in shape all at once! Which reminds me, its really neat that you can track your progress with the body test! Playing this once a day for an hour or so is a big help to your body.

The only down side is the availability. Just be patient on finding one, they are out there!

I believe that this is the best Wii game invented so far! It is a great way to get fit. This game comes with the Wii balance board in which you do almost all of the exercises on. The exercises range from balance, strength training, aerobic to yoga. One of the strength training exercises is the push-up and side plank. There is a hula-hoop exercise in the aerobic category, and you can do the warrior pose in the yoga section. For the balance category, you can shift you weight side to side to hit soccer balls. Beware of flying panda heads and shoes in the soccer heading exercise, those you need to dodge or you will lose points. At first you only can choose from a few different exercises, but the more you play the more you unlock. It keeps track of your weight, BMI, Body Mass Index, Time played and your Wii fit age. I have played this game a total of ten hours so far, and I still enjoy this game. You can even set a weight loss goal and it will keep track of your progress and tell you how much more you have to lose to reach your goal. It is both a great single player and family game. Even though it is only for one player, you can save many different profiles for yourself and your family members. You can also add a password to your profile so that no one can access it. Another thing that you can do one this game, is that you can download a simplified version of this game to your Wii channel page. If you do this, you can access the body test option in which you can check your weight and that without putting the game into the system. The only problem is that the Wii balance board requires four AA batteries in order to operate. The good thing is that they are included with your game purchase. I highly recommend this very enjoyable game which is great for all ages and all video game skill levels. I hope you enjoy this game as much as I do.

I love this! I have used it every day and feel better than ever. It does have a two player running feature, but the rest is single player. Each member of my family has a Mii and that drives us to beat the other. I would like to see down the line where you could have more than one board and do more multi player stuff. It is just great!
