It had a very short range ~10 feet. But when my son took off the cover and exposed the car antena by slipping off the tube, it has great range. He never runs it with the car cover on. The steering takes getting used to. It steers all the way or not at all. After making changes and getting used to it, he uses it alot. Reasonable toy for the price. Works best on pavement or cement.

it doesn't drift but with a 2Wd drive toy car i expected that, its not underpowered but its not overpowered, its just sorta right, just at the point where you dont consider it fast but your not saying the whole time SPEED UP! turns un about a foot and a half, love to go off the curb as a jump and what not, its just a very fun little micro rc car thats simple and works. if you get a good one wich is most likely you should be getting about 200 foot or so range. it does have front wheel suspension but the travel is so small and is so useless its just there just to say its there as part of advertising.

Saw it in the store, and it was only [$] Was going to use it when i couldn't use my traxxas nitro rc car. Put in all new batteries, and it only worked within 1 foot. So, I am returning it. It is so Bad, i am even making a website called [*] It will review different gadgets. COME ON RADIOSHACK I LOVE YOU GUYS BUT PLEASE FIND BETTER RC'S!

This is an "ok" car, but it doesn't drift, and doesn't have working headlights. It only works to about 15 feet away.
