Purchased for 6 year old boy. Lifted off once successfully. Light landing - never flew again. It's a hunk of junk! The warranty card says it's good for 90 days but you must ship it postage paid, insured and it makes no promises about future durability, turnaround time or further warranties. Altogether a waste of money - we bought a BlackStorm chopper from the BladeRunner series instead and have had hours of carefree fun with it for not much more money.

After three intense days w/ the Heli, I can easily say that this is the best bang for the buck. There are stipulations though as to how much enjoyment you will have. First the pros. The heli is small and light, might even seem a little fragile but you will quickly discover its tough exterior. It comes w/ a recharging station built into the controller for easy recharging. Recharging times descend w/ use. But a change of the controller batteries would quickly counter the inconvience. Heli is very maneuverable and fast. One big plus is the construction of the main and tail rotor. After countless run-ins w/ the walls, tvs, sofas, people, falls, etc. it is still functioning like brand new. But there are some cons as well. Flight times, after finally mastering the heli, are short and charging times are long. After hitting everything in sight, the main gear will become lose and the heli won't perform like before. But after weighing both the pros and cons while also taking in consideration the cost [$] the heli is still worth it. This is not something for kids as stated by the manufacturer, oh no, this is something that adults would absolutely enjoy. After spending Christmas w/ the family, my parents loved it, my older sis had the time of her life w/ it, and I still can't believe that man not only mastered the art of commercial flight but the art of flight in general. Simply awesome.

i got it for christmas and have no complaints. i have found it very durable. i have bounced it off walls and crashed it multiple times. my only complaint is that it is impossible to stear. overall fun little helicopter

Not a good buy short lived fun broke in 2 seconds need a ton of open space such as a carpeted gymnasium. Don't waste your money!!!!

I have to agree with Joe. It was good for about the first takeoff but once it took a light crash, the thing never worked the same again. It continued to spiral even after attempting to trim. I guess you get what you pay for.

Grenda "Joe" (Philadelphia, PA United States) - See all my reviews(REAL NAME) I never write reviews but I was so frustrated with this item I had to to it! My wife bought this for my 44th birthday. Yes, I'm still a kid at heart. The main rotor broke within the first fifteen minutes of play and during that time it never flew without spinning around and around, regardless of how I tried to use the trim. As you would expect there is a warranty for the first 90 days but you must send it to the specified address with a written complaint and prepaid postage...no phone number...no web site. They may replace it but I'll bet it'd just break again. If you look on [...], you can find the replacement rotors. How many other toys have replacement parts on [...]? Does this tell you something? Not worth the additional money to me. Save yourself the hassle and skip this product. I would not recommend this toy to anyone. I gave one star because zero was not an option!

The only problem with this product is it cant take off from the ground you need to take off from your hand.
