We have the I-Go's installed in several work vehicles and the plug into several phones through out the day, never had a problem. Tips interchange quickly and can accommodates every cell phone we have. This tip works great on our T-mobile Dash phones. We also use the A42 tips on our Nextels.

It's very easy to use this product, but the product is so poorly manufactured that mine broke in days.
