great product this is my 4th different tip for four different phones alot cheaper then buying each charger bvy thereselves.

Concept is a great idea, however, my 3rd A29 adapter just quit working in less than 6 months. In my opinion, the design issue seems to be with the overall length of the A29 adapter + the charger connection. Probably would be fine if you didn't use the phone while it was charging, but, this requirement is not mentioned in instructions and would be silly if it was. The design provides too much "pulling" pressure on the adapter and will eventually cause it to fail.
Here's what I found by carefully cutting away the outer shell: There is very little support between both ends of the adapter except for the flexible outer shell and a rigid clear plastic shell inside. The wires seem to "melted" in to the clear plastic shell allowing no flexibility to the adapter. If you're charging the phone and have to put it up to your ear the adapter wants to flex and will eventually cause the wires to detach from the connection at phone end of the adapter.
Tried to discuss with Igo tech support and all they did is keep telling me i voided the warranty by "dissecting" it and they couldn't replace it (even though I wasn't asking for replacement) They acting like I'm the only one this has happened to, which I highly doubt after "looking inside"
