It is over rated and not worth the price. It is physically large and takes up a lot of space and is cumbersome. The front of the unit and, rear as well contain four very sharp corner edges made out of metal itself. There are rubber foot pads. However when sliding the unit forward and back on the T.V. stand the corners are so sharp that they very very easily scratched up the stands painted surface and ruined the stand itself.
