Does not work with HTC Touch

No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I bought this battery pack for my HTC Touch, and I was pleasantly surprised when I plugged it into my phone that the battery indicator showed that it was charging. Unfortunately, after having it plugged into my phone for about 2 hours, the battery continued to drain as if the battery was not even attached.

I bought this to extend the run time of my Zune, but I have been using it to run my laptop coolpad. the Cool pad is two fans on an metal stand. I was not using the fans when the laptop was on battery power, but now I use this power pack and it can run the fans longer than the laptop can run so I still have power to charge the Zune when the laptop is down.

Recently lost power for several days due to an ice storm. iPhone was being used quite a bit more than normal and this backup allowed quick and easy recharging of the phone. Glad to have had it and won't be caught without one. Even my wife's Blackberry was kept up. This backup holds enough to typically charge three full times. It is small enough to easily store anywhere and once charged from a USB device, it will hold standby for many days. Price is extremely reasonable, and it is well made. You won't regret having one of these onl hand.

I have been searching for a product like this for months. I purchased something similar and it was always inconsistent, sometimes it would charge and sometimes it wouldn't. Then one day my wife was in TX. and the darn thing didn't work so I took it back to the vendor. Went online and finally found this all in one wonder I was so pleased to hear that it not only charged my phones but also my I pod. Went out and got one [...] and now I can enjoy traveling knowing that I always have a backup for my communications. Best of all it is so light and extremely compact
