After reading the iffy reviews on this product, I went ahead and ordered. I was hoping to be one of the people that this thing actually worked for. I wasn't. Don't waste your time and money. Buy the original Motorola battery.

 
Clean phone and batt contacts before use

Had it for a month now and it works great. Had to clean my phone and battery contacts with an eraser to get it to work well and be recognized correctly by my KRZR. Holds charge and works great now.

I received the product and installed it. Then charged it and the phone never would stay on. Also, tried to contact the manufacturer and they told me to ship it back at my own expense. [...]
