Cannon NB5L battery is listed as compatible, but a suitable adapter is not included.
DOES NOT HAVE INSTRUCTIONS, YOU DON'T KNOW WHEN ITS CHARGED OR CHARGING. YOU HAVE TO FIDDLE WITH THE BATTERY FOR A LIGHT TO COME ON... THIS PRODUCT SUCK DON'T GET IT.. ALMOST [$] FOR A POS!!!!
THIS IS MY 2ND TIME BUYING THIS CHARGER AND EVERY TIME I TAKE IT OVERSEAS IT STOP WORKING WHEN I BRING IT BACK... A WASTE OF MONEY...
My battery was listed as being compatible. There aren't directions to show correct battery placement for many of the batteries listed as compatible. I attempted to charge my battery and it stayed green to show fully charged within one hour. I left it on the charger still and when I did put my battery in the camera it shows the battery to be low battery power but it wont charge my battery anymore because it immediately stays green showing full charge. I can only hope this charger didn't fry my battery.
Battery Charger is not a good deal for me.The spring that hold the battery in place has already broke. Its an internal spring no way to fix it.Unless you use duck tape to hold it in place. To much money for the qyuality of product.I need to buy another charger now.To bulky as well.....
It's great for charging all types of batteries, only problem is they should have something to attach or hold the batteries in place while charging.
Also not sure how long it will last being that most of the battery charging casing are made out of plastic.

I have two brands of camcorders, Canon and Samsung. This unit charges both brands' batteries with a quick switch of an adapter plate. I'm amazed at the variety of batteries its supposed to charge and am glad that neither of mine require any tricky positioning of the battery to work. So, for my uses it's great.
I use my digtal camera often for hobby photos as well as graphics and family photos. This charger works great for me. It's NOT what I consider to be bulky. I've had great results with it, never needed "support" for it, and have had NO issues seating the batteries I charge. In addition I've had great results with the speed of charges. I don't understand why people are calling it junk...what do you expect for [$]?!! It does the job it's supposed to do.

IT DOESN'T WORK!!!! IMPOSSIBLE TO POSITION THE BATTERY TO GET IT TO CHARGE. I'm on my way now to take it back [...] UGH.
My JVC battery was listed as compatible. NOT! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS THING!
This is a case where they tried to put 15 products into one form factor and ended up with an expensive piece of junk, that would satisfy no one. The contacts for a Sony battery were very thin, cheap plastic with wire wrap instead of solid metal spikes.
I'm very dissapointed with the product, I bougth it to charge a nikkon en-el10 battery wich you actually listed as compatible, and after reading all the info documents and the battery lists on the different adaptors, I couldn't find how to place it on the charger. Why do you list it on the visible list of compatible batteries on the product package and not do the same on the diagrams explaining how to place the different batteries on the charger. Not even on your web site trying to find an owner's manual for the product, there's only a list of compatibility wich of course lists my battery, but also it doesn't explain how to place it on the charger.
This is a fraud, you are cheating your customers, we trust the products you endorse and this really hurts our confidence in you.

You may want to buy a velcro strap to strap your battery to the charger to securely fashion it to the charger, if kids or you bump into it it will come off the contacts. It's a good idea for the car as well with all the bumping around.
I used this on my Canon Powershot and after having to mess with it and get the battery just in the right place to get it to charge once I was done I put the battery in my camera and it will no longer power my camera on. Now I have to buy a new battery.[...]
i have a sony camera and panasonic lumix i use this charger for. no problems at all.. i love it.

I have both a JVC Digital Camcorder and a Kodak EasyShare Digital camera. Both require a Lithium battery and both have been able to vharge without any issues on this unit. The Kodak charger for my camera alone is the same price as this one, but with this one, it is able to charge my camcorder battery as well. My friend has a digital camcorder as well and had no issues when he borrowed it. Comes with a good warranty, with the only issue being that if you do need help, it's hard to find a phone number for it. I have had this unit for about 8months now with no issues. Also, the unit comes with a car adapter too, which saves you $10 easily, and it's convieient when on vacation or a road trip and need to charge the camera in between destinations. Would definately recommend this to someone (whether they are beginners or experts).
I have a sony cybershot and the battery is "compatible" with this charger. It barely works i have to hold it at a perfect angle and place it down very slowly for it to even work. I have been trying for two days and yet to see my camara turn on after the battery being on this charger. Don't waste your money this versatile charger is not versatile at all!
This charger is a waste of your money. I bought one, returned it, bought another and had to return that. I have a sony digi cam battery and this thing kept refusing to charge it even though it was "compatible".
