Just because the battery does not have the Kodak brand name on it, does not mean it isnt a proper replacement. The only important factors in batteries are voltage, amperage, and contacts. Technically, you do not even need this battery, you could use two AA size nickel metal-hydride rechargeable batteries with absolutely no problem at all. I know this because I've done it.
I use it on my DX3600 camera, and it is great, awsome contacts, and works divine.
THis battery does not replace KAA2HR, Kodak, themselves told me that they do not, because they are not real KAA2HR batteries, and are not Kodak, so i f you try to replace a kodak battery like myself( i replaced it on a DX3600 kodak), think twice before you buy this product.
