I have no bad things to complain about with this product. It does not get any better than it is. It is so easy to use, so quick to charge, the sound is clear, it is extremely compact and easy to travel with and I would recommend this to anyone who is having problems with their previous mp3 player or who is looking for a simple, easy to use mp3 player. I did not purchase this product from RadioShack, however, but the actual mp3 player is the same. I love the different selection of colors!! They are all really pretty. I have mine in red. I love all the colors it was hard to choose!

This player is simply incredible. Although not bulletproof, it will take some punishment, and is a rather nice alternative to the ipod when you don't want a theft-magnet that costs a fortune.
