I have the base and 2 extra phones. Bought this a month ago. Base still works, ONE PHONE (base) still works, One phone display does not work and the third phone does not work at all. Don't have sales ticket so I am stuck with this piece of garbage. Contacted V-Tech and was told to return it to the store I bought it from. Great tech service advice. Wish I would had thought of that

Use of the Keypad is not that easy. for example if you know a number and you want to dial it quickly it does not work. you have to take your time dialing numbers otherwise it does not go through and does not recognize your entry. Will never by a V-tech phone again

A decent phone, but not supported in the local stores. The stores don't stock batteries to fit it. If you sell something, support it!! I wouldnt buy another phone of this type for this reason.

I use this phone every day. I am lost without it.
The battery does need to be charged everyday. I think most phones do. If we leave it off at night we can't use it as long the next day. I am buying a new battery for our phone now, but we have had the phone over a year or more. The battery is cheap. Like $9. I love the phone so I don't mind the battery.

Battery dies about 2 to 3 days after charging, whether you use it or not. Had high hopes for this phone because its rare to be able to get a stylish cordless phone without an answering machine and other options that you will never use. V_tech sent me out another one, but that one has had poor battery life as well.

The first few months were great. But after 5 months of use, the handset can not be off the charge for more than 30 min. or it's dead. Then we can't answer the phone when it rings because it's dead. Great design, terrible battery. Now it will cost [$] just to replace the battery.

The best cordless that I've ever had. You can leave it off the charger all day and you never run out of battery. It gives you the clearest sound you can find, and it's range is amazing. It's so thin and compact that it looks like a cell phone (tall one). Greattttttt looks!!!!

This phone is really cool, looks good, sounds good but if you leave it off the charger for more than an hour or two its dead. Thats a big problem. so for all the great range and features, the battery problem renders this phone worthless.

This phone is the coolest looking phone you could have in your house. It is so light, sound is crystal clear, easy to use and super easy to set up! I know a lot of people have complained about the battery life. I have had no problems and although it is new, I have been using it a lot!

We have been using this phone for a couple of months. All of our other phones 2.4,5.8, would cut out as soon as we walked outside. This phone has great range and great quality

No headset, but I can get over that since the speakerphone on the handset is awesome!

I bought this product less than a month ago. Great sound quality, goes a distance, all that good stuff. It's very light weight and really for the most part I couldn't be happier with the overall use of the phone. The problem is, the additional handset had an issue. [...] I called vtech support because the second handset would not connect. Really if you love the phone maybe it's something you would deal with. However, if one of the handsets or bases dies at any point, I have to replace everything, where as with the unidens, panasonics, etc I can just replace the peice that broke. I don't want to be out of warranty and have to buy a whole new system if one peice dies.Battery life is ok, it's a smaller phone so I didn't expect it to be very long. About 4 hours talk time and 8 hours stand-by. Typically ok for personal use, but my husband works from home so it was kind of an annoyance. There is also no headphone jack, that's a big issue for us. No belt clips or belt clip option, I've grown rather fond of that feature over the years since I walk all over the house and outdoors with the phone.I'm exchanging the phone for the Panasonic Dect 6 model.

I purchased this phone and must say that I am very satisfied with it. In my home I have satellite, a fax machine, internet, and phone services. With everything needing a phone jack these days it is very helpful that the system additional phone only needs an outlet. It really helps with eliminating another unneccessary jack being installed.

I like the display and the design of the phone. The sleek look is very attractive.
