I just found out that my answering machine hasn't been working:( Big trouble!!! I set it up according to the instructions. It's definitely set to "on" and my greeting plays when I test it, however, no one who calls me hears my greeting and I'm not getting any of my messages!!! You can guess that I am more than a little p*ssed because I've missed some important calls. P.S. The customer service line claims to be 24/7, but it's not tonight! LAME LAME and more LAME!

Outgoing sound quality is poor; incoming sound quality is garbled/muffled. Stick with another national brand.

This phone failed from day one. The sound quality SUCKS, the caller ID did not work, and I could hear nothing if I went downstairs to the first floor. Save your money and get another phone.

Best Uses:

This is a regular ordinary phone. What makes it so terrible is the sound quality. People have a hard time hearing you. It also breaks up sometimes. I'd rather talk on my cell. My cellphone has better reception and better sound quality... it should be the opposite. The more i use it, the more i hate it. Put your money towards better use.

When I use this phone, the persons whom I call or who call me complain of poor transmitted sound quality from my phone. Muffled, fuzzy, indistinct. When I switch to my corded phone the sound is much clearer to the other person.
