I have had the black version of this for several years. It now shuts off sporadically, but I like it so much I am going to try to repair it myself, because I want this one in black, so have not purchased it for that reason. Going to continue looking for something like this, only in black.

This is basically the Uniden phone (Model: SSE15 emergency phone). It excellent for a person who is deaf or who's eyes not good at old age.

I tried it on the internet VOIP it really has a problem with interference. Not good if you use it for this purpose.

I use a phone like this one everyday,and i wear a hearing aid,and with the 900mh,it is a good phone. As,a matter of fact now that i found another place to buy one like this one,i will be getting another one,maybe two,love them..And also my whole family loves them.

This is the only phone my husband, who wears hearing aids, can use without removing them. The audio boost is a great feature for him too. I find this phone a little bulky & gaudy but I too appreciate the good sound quality.

My husband has asked for a second one of these phones for Christmas for another room in our house.

I love websites like this one where I can research products to find which is the best for us to purchase!

this phone is great..can use it inside or out and stays clear...is easy to handle and is comfortable to put on your shoulder..very easy to read w/o glasses...light flashes lets you know where it is.

After much research found this phone. Easy to see when there is a message, and caller ID. Wish we could get it in black, but we have one at each place my dear friends sits and one in kitchen, and bedroom. She likes when she comes home or gets off phone the big red light blinks, instead of waiting until she is ready to make another call and gets the message tone.

I just Bought this phone Yesterday for my Father and he's very very hard of hearing,He's never been able to hear over the phone! So he made a few phone calls and could actually hear good! he's very happy about that!:) Now we can all keep incontact!:)

this product is great for those who have problems hearing, with the 2 light up ringers. large caller id display and big buttons help to see the numbers better. a definite must for friends and loved ones
