Got this phone for my 80 yr old mom-- plugged it in- charged it up and its been great ever since. She hears much better and likes the big buttons, too. Would buy again if needed and reccommend it.

Piece of junk. At least once a month it stops ringing, and has to be "reset" by unplugging from wall power for 30 seconds. Audio is "tinny'" not nearly as clear as cheaper phones. Too many buttons and dials on the hadset that my elderly mother accidently re-adjusts at each use. The Caller ID is very difficult to read. An overpriced phone that does not deliver.

I Wear A Hearing Aid And Bought One of These Phone, in My Opinion it Works Great! So Easy To Set Up And Love The Features on it! As A Matter of Fact I Have 2 of Them! One for Upstairs And One For Downstairs!

Not impressed
