I read the negative reviews before buying this phone and decided not to buy it. When I got to the store it's all they had and as I needed a phone I tried it. I'm not an AT&T fan but this is a quality phone. Great sound and easy to use features. Maybe I got lucky but I don't see why this phone would deserve a negative review.

I agree with the previous reviewer - if the phone is connected to two lines, the caller ID does not work well. Very annoying!

If connected to 2-Lines, caller ID will not work. Single Line connection,, ID works fine. Speaker Phone volumes is not good at all. Buttons stick when dialing. I'm surprised that AT&T didn't put out a recall on this one.
Save yourself some grief and do not buy this phone.
I bought 7 of them and all 7 were bad. I complained to AT&T, they sent me 7 more. Those 7 we all just as bad. I've had AT&T phones for years but this is my last one.
