okay this phone is great. i bought it for my grandma who is hard of hearing and she loves it, this phone is def. great for seniors.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend

The phone is nice although it is advertised as a wall phone. It's not until you open the box and read the fine print that you'll learn that an additional piece is necessary to mount the phone on a standard phone wall plate. This piece is not advertised as an accessory and the User Guide doesn't have a part number. I have never purchased a "wall" phone that didn't include the ability to be mounted on a standard wall jack in the box. It's a shame because the rest of the product appears to be quite good and sounds fine. I guess if you want a desk phone it's good.

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

My wife and I are both elderly and hearing impaired. The sound quality on this phone is absolutely fantastic -- and we've been looking for this quality for some time, and been disappointed each time until now. I only wish there was a companion cordless phone of this audio quality as well.
