Bought this phone to use in an office environment that includes two telephone lines. If one line is already in use and a call comes in to a second line, the telephone connection on the first line is interrupted with dead time and beeping until the second line is answered. Extremely frustrating when you're in the middle of an important telephone call with a client and you have to ask your client to repeat themselves because you are missing several seconds worth of whatever it is they were saying each time the phone rings on the second line. It beeps loudly in your ear, too. Another thing, I bought two phones and one only worked for 2 months. When I tried to return it, I was told by the manufacturer's customer service rep (who by-the-way doesn't speak English as a first language) that their return policy requires the customer to pay return shipping on their less than quality product.
