State of Texas (DARS) provided me with this phone and now I can understand phone messages and talk with people. On a regular phone, I could not understand conversations and could not understand a word on a phone message, so could not return calls. I have this phone in my kitchen, a second phone in my study and am buying a 3rd phone for my bedroom.
