I haven't had too many problems with this other than some excessive static. Using a PPC6700 w/WM5 and w/WM6 I get a good signal from a few feet away. Can talk on the phone mounted on the dash while pumping gas. Expect some static if you don't have a clear line-of-sight between the earpiece and the phone. Works with 511 voice menu and MS Voice Command pretty well.

Completely worthless Bluetooth headset

Horrible connection, Spotty Signal

No, I would not recommend this to a friend

This headset is completely useless. I feel like Radio Shack stole $30 from me. It doesn't connect clearly unless the phone is a few inches from the headset. Want to carry your phone on your belt like many people? Don't buy this headset or it won't work.

This is a HORRIBLE headset. From the minute it was done charging I got nothing but static. The only time I had clarity was when I held the phone up next to the earpiece. I highly suggest getting a different model.

Bought it for handsfree reasons BUT I still have to hold the phone a few inches away from the set, which makes it pointless, My hands ARE suppose to be FREE of a phone. arrggghhhh!!! I Only had it for a couple hours and i'm at wit ends already, I'm glad I kept my receipt its going back to the store tomorrow.

If the quality would improve it'd be a nice lil gadget. Nice try VoiceStar, But I think its missing THAT LIL Something.

Sorry it didnt work out for us VoiceStar!

If plantronics, motorola or someone else made this, it would be a dream. My boss and my dad have tried this too. They both insisted on using it for a while because it was comfortable. Every time I talked to them I wanted to hang up on them. Horrible muffled sound. I returned mine the next day. I think my dad threw his away.

This is a waste of money. It does not do what it is suppose to do. This item works the same as holding the handset.

Headset creates a lot of noise that only you hear, sound going out is received fine by others. If you can get used to constant static, this is the headset for you. Return it if you still can.

It's a great design, but what they did their best there, they lacked in quality.

I love the design however the sound quality is terrible. Has static and is not to loud. I will be returning mine.

By Justin K from Columbus, OH on 5/25/2007

Awesome design. Exceptional price. Fits nice. Performance on the other hand was lacking. Bluetooth 1.2 has a range of 10 meters. This one has a range of 10 inches. It disconnects after 5 feet away from the phone, and it gets a lot of static after 3 inches from the phone rendering the idea of the headset useless. It was a darn good deal, but now I need to return it and pay more for performance.

By Tony O from Atlanta on 4/21/2007

Blue Tooth radio frequency is supposed to cover 3 feet but this unit drops its signal at 18 inches, constantly. Best reception is when the phone is within 6 inches of it or my ear which makes the device pointless.

By Bob L from Greeley, CO on 1/30/2007
Pros:
Easy to use

I LOVE the way it fits. I LOVE the control interface. However, the unit is completely uselss as there is so much static interference. Far from actually working 30 feet away from the telephone as advertised, the only way to have a clear conversation is to hold the phone right next to the earpiece. That makes it useless. I am returning it today. What a shame these people didn't put as much work into building a proper bluetooth device as they did in building a first-rate user interface. Thumbs down.

By Glenda S from Coos Bay, OR on 1/28/2007
Pros:
Easy to use, Good performance, Good sound quality

I've only used mine a couple of times, but this earpiece is the best I've had yet. I love how it fits. You don't even know you're wearing it after awhile. I do have to be careful about turning my head too much but I have to do that with my cell phone (alot) and with my cordless phone! So all in all , I think this is the best.

By Neil G from Missouri on 12/31/2006
Pros:
Easy to use, Good sound quality

Fits well in the ear. The sound quality is very good, when there is no static interference. To eliminate the static interference, you must hold the phone a few inches from the VS600. I tried carrying the phone in my shirt pocket. This worked well until I turned my head, putting my shoulder between the phone and the VS600, which resulted in static interference. Big disappointment, for I really like the sound clarity. Another big disappointment is that I will have to drive 90 miles one way to return it.

this is by far the worst headset i have ever owned you literally have to hold your phone next to your ear to have a clear call if you hold your phone away from, your body it drops the call returning product tomorrow..

Lots of static. Stopped working after 3 days. Not very expensive, but the thing didn't last for more than 1 hour of calls. Buy a brand you can trust.

By Sebastian R from Laguna CA on 12/21/2006

This is a poorly made ear piece. The inner piece does not stay flexed. People say they hear me at loud muffled levels. I can't hear anything. My voice recognition for my pearl can't pick up anything I say. I've had junk before, but this is worthless.
