never had a problem with this unit. I bought it when it first came out on the market. It was a great product then, and still a personal favorite now.

I've had this mp3 player for over a year and it is still going strong. I mostly take it to the gym. It does have bad earbuds so you will need to buy more. it was confusing at frist how you deleted songs. all you do is...

1)open windows media player,
2)plug the device into your computer,
3)make sure your computer reconizes that its plugged in,
4)go to Sync,
5)it should show on the right side of the screen the songs that are on the player,
6)then just right click the songs you wish to delete and left click "remove from device".

Mines has had it's share of drops and all that has resuled are some minor scraches. The most songs I've gotten it to hold are about 115. With energizer batteries it can easily run for about 20 hours. The sound quailty is also very good. I bought it when it was newer to the markert,(so it was more expensive)but sine it has been around for a while, the price has gone down. Definitely a good buy:)

I have bought 8 different MP3 Players in the past 5 years. I have 4 children who all use this mp3 player. I have used this player for 8 months nearly everyday for 3 to 4 hours a day in tough outdooor conditions. I still sounds great. Music or file transfer is a snap. For the price and the features this little baby ought to have more of the market share.

good mp3 player but little storage for songs

Baught one, and used it properly. Kept it in its case and would listen all day every day. Used it at work with little speakers, used it driving to work with an adapter, used it at home with headphones while leaning the house. LOVE IT! LOVE IT LOVE IT! Had it for nearly a year and it was stolen :( but its the only one I want to buy. Easy to use, great storage, loads of fun, and reliable. Have no idea what these other negative reviews are about, this thing is fantastic. Have a friend with the EXACT same one, she is 16 and thows the thing around, steps on it, doesnt use a case, lost the battery cover and the display is messed up but that little thing is a trooper and keeps working like a charm. :)

I bought for my husband and he loves it we have not had any problems with it and it is almost 2 years old.

I BOUGHT MINE TWO MONTHS AGO AND NOW IT WONT PLAY ANY OF MY MUSIC I WOUND NOT TELL YOU TO BUY IT

I got it for my son as a Christmas present and in less than 6 months it doesn't work!

I brought this as a Christmas gift. The quality of the product is great but just a little small for me. It can easily be lost. but overall I am very satisfied with the product.

I had a Sandisk Sansa m240 1.0gb MP3 and I haven't even reach in adding more music when all of the sudden it won't do anything. I don't know how much songs it can take but for sure I didn't get to that amount of songs.

i wouldnt buy this thing it fades in earphones u cant hear

Brought 2 of them for Christmas last year. After 6 months both of them will not turn on and can no longer use them. I will never buy this brand ever again.

Got this for christmas last year and I loved it. The only complaint I have is that the earphones don't last long with the volume turned up high but other than that it's a great option for a first player especially for the price.

this mp3 player is easy to use but after time it will lose its memory and cant hold as much.

after getting use to the controls turns oput to be a very good player.

I love it! Inexpensive yet good quality. This is my first mp3 player and I'm satisfied with my purchase. The memory is not as good as it claims. Mine will hold at most 98 songs. But that's still good. Sound quality is great for such a small device.

Got this for my birthday and it was my first mp3 player. I think it is a great player but wish the memory was more becuase i have so much to put on it but I think it's good for a first player.

I found it was harder connecting it to my computer than it was to run the player.And the arm band was odd

Model SDMX1-512R bought a year ago. Granted I have used it every single day, but I was disappointed by the durability as it's falling apart. I'm never rough with it, just lots of use. I included the model # above as you'll want to make sure to get a newer model where they may have resolved this issue. Wish it had a longer warranty.

This mp3 player is awesome! It took a while to get all my music on but it was definitely worth it! If you are planning on getting this then you might want to have windows media player installed.

I have listened to a few mp3 players & this compact (but big in sound)mp3 player beats many others with sound,quality and price. ( a can`t be disappointed product )

This thing is pretty cool. With the built-in FM tuner, if you do by chance get board with your own music, you can still keep up on local radio. Pretty good value. You may want to upgrade to the 1GB, because there are always more songs you want to add.

Takes a little while to get it all figured out. You must have a PlaysForSure device to make easy! But then its great. :)

I love my new MP3! I just don't like that it doesn't come with instructions you have to download them.

A great little device. I initially had popping and cracking when unit was on Hold, but fixed this by reloading firmware from Sandisk website. Very easy to use and great to use rechargeable AAA battery. Great value compared to Apple products.
