I haven't had the camera for long, but I love it. It takes clear pictures that you can easily see on the large LCD screen.
I love all of the extra features. You can make the picture black & white, sepia, normal, red, green, or blue. You can also add frames. There's one that has a crown, wings, and a wand. There are also just normal line frames.
I haven't had any problems with batteries. The batteries it came with lasted the day. With any digital camera I would suggest getting rechargable batteries, it's just smart.
This camera has video with or withour sound, voice recording, and you can add sound to still pictures. It comes with an A/V cable and USB cable. They both plug in to the same spot on this camera.
I love this camera and I don't think I would trade it for any other one.

This digital camera is the coolest camera ever! It has a large screen and the pictures turn out great when you take them. You can make wallpapers for pictures and you can program it so that it can take VERY good pictures in the dark. But there is sometimes low light and you have to charge your batteries not that often. I recemmend it a 4 1/2.

Great camera for the price. REALLY easy to use (all the samsung's are), but make sure to get rechargable batteries with it (regular alkalines won't take 3 pictures without shutting down). I work for RS, and i've sold between 10 to 15 of these cameras with rave reviews as well as owning one myself. If my mom can take a picture with it anyone can!

I had this camera and it was the best in the world. I loved it! im sad now because someone stole it and im looking for a new camera but i decided not to get one unless it as teh same exact one! this time i want a pink one though. i loved all teh featurs. It was cool it had backgrounds, negatives, and you could split your pics it was pretty sweet i couldnt go anywhere without it now im very said and cant wait to get a new one

THIS CAMERA IS VERY GOOD TO USE TO TAKE THE VERY BEST PICTURES. I LOVED THIS CAMERA SINCE I BOUGHT IT. tHIS CAMERA WAS VERY HANDY FOR ANY LITTLE PICTURES TO BE TAKEN. oTHERWISE THIS IS LEADING TO A DECREASING MATTER, WHICH IS THAT I PURCHASED MY CAMREA IN AUGUST OF 2006 AND NOW FOR ABOUT THREE MONTHS NOW THE LENS HAVE GOTTEN STUCK AND I CANT ADJUST THE ZOOM FEATURE ANY MORE. I HAVE TO MANUALLY PULL IN AND OUT THE LENS FOR THE CAMERA TO WORK AND I KOW SURELY BUT, SLOWLY MY CAMREA WILL COME TO AND END. i AM ONLY A KID AND TO HAVE TO GO BUY ANOTHER ONE IF GOING TO COST ME A FORTUNE.I WOULDNT ADVISE GETTING THIS CAMERA BUT IM GOING TO GET ANOTHER MORE BTTER ONE FOR ME TO USE...........

I recevied this camera as a Christmas gift. Within the 1st month it kept shutting off on me and the lens kept getting stuck. Tried new batteries, kept getting stuck. Took it in, of course the sales rep didn't have any problems with it! Hadn't really used it too much until now. Now the lens and the zoom button is stuck. I need to take it into the Radio Shack so they can get an "authorization number". They'll ship it off overnight and I'll either get it repaired and returned from 5 days to 2 months from that date OR they'll replace it with a new one if they can't fix it. Hmmmm... I wanted a digital camera to replace the dinosaur one I had and now I'm back to having to use the dinosaur one. Not sure that I'd go back to the Samsung if I may continue to have problems with it freezing on me like it does. Since it was a gift, I won't complain to much. But... I'd never purchase one myself.

Very disappointing! I have to put new batteries in the camera every 15-25 pictures other wise the camera freezes! Pour battery design.

So i bought this camara because i dropped my other one, and i have to say this one is so much better. I use it mainly with friends and i drop it sometimes and it takes great pictures like the first day I got it.

i love my new camera its great 4 school and family functions.

I just got this camera for Christmas, and love it!The screen is very large, and there are a lot of great features including being able to take movies with sound. I highly recommend this camera, just get some rechargeable batteries because the camera uses them up fast.

This is like the best camera i had ever bought. It rocks I mean it takes awsome quility pictures. So far i have suggested 2 friends and know they have it. My friends love it too and they wont give it up. The only problem it has is the sucking up of all the batteries energy wich means you should get rechargeable batterias and know everything is going nice and flow.

As a RadioShack employee, I have handled all of our cameras. This is by far one of the best without breaking $350. Three of the employees here have purchased this camera and love it as well. Batteries go quickly in this unit, but that's why we sell Digital Plus? and rechargeable batteries. Rundown: -Large screen -AA Batteries(you can get them anywhere) -Great image quality -Macro to 2ft -Video and Voice record -uses common SD type card -Good physical construction -Excelent value

i love this camera...it is easy to use and takes great photos.it is a great deal, but the batteries die in no time.i reccommend rechargeable batteries.

The value for this camera is great. I am very happy with the quality of the pictures and how easy it is to use. I would however recommend rechargeable batteries because it does go through them quickly. Other than that it was a great purchase.

this camera was awesome when i first got it, BUT, i had it for TWO months and the lense malfunctioned. it's STILL in repair, for how long? since August 8...it's now OCTOBER 4!! yeah, buying the "warranty" from radioshack was a good idea, but the radioshack repair center can't repair anything, this happened with my last camera, and it is still at the samsung repair center!! half of the time i've owned this camera, it's been in repair...worthless!!

what a great camera...highly recommend it...do yourself a favor, get the base with battery kit,it's on their site..can download pic's without the camera even being on...special battery included...always charging...

got only 40 pictures with duracell ultra aa but now using litium aabatteries still going after 400 pictures

I just recently bought this camera for my 13yr old daughter. She loves it. Yes it eats batteries but not if you use the rechargable ones, those are the ones we use and they work great. We have a spare so always have some fully charged for when the others run out. And she doesn't take pics alot so it's great for her. It's a great first time camera. I recommend this camera to anyone. It's easy to use and the pictures look great. Good buy for your money!

Great camera with lots of cool features at a fantastic price. Only drawbacks are that you need extra memory and (like with all digicams that require batteries) you should probably invest in rechargeables.

this camera is AWESOME..... i love this camera..... this is my first dig cam, and as far as i'm concerned it's my last.... i love how tis camera is so easy to use.... i didn't have to read the booklet.... that's how easy it is.... and i love the large screen.... the pictures i took wth it are the best quality i've seen.... and the price is unbeatable.... if anyone's lookin for their first dig cam, THIS IS the one bar none....

wow, this camera is amazing it can also take videos too! it has aton of editing features.It also comes with a cord that you can hook up to your tv and veiw pics from there its amazing. If you want a camera thats worth $400 dollars but its at a good price. BUY IT!!!

Solid if you are on a strict budget, but notice the problems everyone is having, including myself. It eats battery,often causing the lens to get stuck. It is really frustrating. I'm looking to buy a different camera.

this camera is sweet and easy to use. rechargeable batteries are your best bet for any digi cam. the lenz is getting stuck on mine tho.

This camera takes great pics. The only bad thing about it is that it eats those batteries like candy! The batteries sometimes die when taking pictures.

This thing is great it arrived today. The features on this camera are good. The only problem I have with this is that the day isnt even over yet and ive used 2 Duracell and Energizer batteries so have a charger ready!
