NICE LITTLE SET TO USE AT WORK BUT, YOU CAN NOT TELL WHAT CHANNEL YOU ARE WATCHING OR IF YOU'RE ON VHS OR UHF. LOOKING FOR ANOTHER TV WITH BETTER FEATURES

We plugged this tv in and watched it for several hours a day for 2 years until it finally died. For such a small set it gave us good service even though the sound was not that great. We'll keep it for hurricanes when having a battery operated set is a good idea.

Everytime I watch my favorite channel, it just last about 15 or twenty minutes then starts scramble and the picture get distorted.

Two weeks after buying this it turned itself off and wont turn back on. Im taking it back tomorrow, hopefully they will exchange it and I will have better luck. i was very happy with it until it did this after only a few uses.

Several days after purchasing this product the tuner stopped working. For some reason the on/off switch doesn't work anymore either. But as I only use the unit as an external display for the GPS that is built into my laptop, I can still use it (external video/audio input). The picture is of good quality, so as a small monitor it works great, but the tuner is of unreliable quality.

had to take this in for service twice. the picture quality is just so-so, and i've had much better reception with an antenna with other tv's in the same location. once it's tuned in a channel, you have no idea what the channel is. i'm looking for a different brand.

This is a great TV for the price, however it plays less than five minutes when using batteries.

So far this is a great little TV for the price. The three power sources are a big plus feature for us. It has powerful sound for a small TV, and the antenna draws in the picture very well. I bought it 2 weeks ago to use in the car, in the golf cart, and to hear the news when taking morning showers. It received channel 13 Toledo crystal clear all the way to Cleveland in the car!

Not great. Try a different model, get the (web only) Coby TF-TV505 5" LCD. It's a much better buy!, has much better features!

Overall this is a nice product. The picture is bright but not especially sharp, colors okay but not spectacular. Sound quality good enough, like the picture, for casual use (I put it on a small shelf over the bathroom sink to watch while I'm shaving). Although the swivel mount base allows you to tilt the unit backward, the top-mounted telescoping antenna cannot swivel forward over the front of the unit, so if there is a wall behind the unit this severely limits the tilt-back angle due to the antenna striking the wall. When you turn the unit off and turn it on again it doesn't remember the last channel viewed and starts at the bottom end of the channel range; you have to manually advance it to the previously viewed channel. On some stations although the picture is clear there is a faint horizontal line that slowly moves from bottom to top and starts again, strangely. The unit could use a remote control. But it comes with a nice set of accessories. Overall I would recommend it but don't expect excellent performance. It's much better than all of the other alternatives though.

This is a great little TV, I am very pleased with it.

Bought one at RS. Took it home, plugged it in and turned it on. Did nothing but scan for channels. Took it back the same day as the tuner was bad.

With its 3 power options it is very easy to watch this tv just about anywhere. The sound is above average and ability to hook up a dvd player, playstation or a camcorder make this tv a very good buy for the price

color is great ,good price and i get vhfand uhf. i really like it and so does everyone i show it to.

I have looked at quite a few of these portable tv's and the tuner on this one is one of the best. Only thing I don't like is it only has VHF band - no UHF. I think I will be returning it and waiting.

I've had this identical TV with the RCA brand name on it for a couple years. Great desk TV plugged into the cable. I've also used it on the road with the antenna with good results.

i thougt it was very good. it gets good picture every where it was well worth the 150!!!

i had it for few weeks but the piture wasnt clear or sound the sound was braking up and the piture was to snowy it was still the same when i tryed it in the car.

Good little TV for those who don't want all the fancy gizmo's and gadgets that come on most nowadays.

My son gave it to me for a Xmas present. Picture isn't to clear or sound. I don't think it was worth $200.00

I brought one for my mother for X-mas and she loves it. The picture quality is awesome. I liked it so much I'm considering getting one for myself.

bought it and took it back on he same day.Tuner is bad.

I've had one for a couple of months now with absolutely no problems, but I only use it occasionally. Good signal pickup. Bright, clear image. I got it from RS on sale for $150 as the box had some slight damage. It's made by RS' parent company Tandy, and comes with a 90 day year warranty.
