I love this bluetooth earphone. Its the best one i've ever had and i've tried 3 of them. Its light weight, I can hear very clearly. I do have to turn the volume down because people sound really loud. The talk time is very long once its charged all the way. The only drawback, is that it disconnects from time to time by itself. And sometimes re-connecting can be an issue, but very minor. I would recommend this phone to anyone. I also see a lot of people walking around with this earpiece so that should tell you something. And the price its worth it.

I've tried many bluetooth headsets and this one proved to be the best one I have ever used. The over quality is excellent! It is very easy to switch ears and very easy to hook up. Definately worth it!

This is my first bluetooth, I use it with Sony Ericson z520a. The sound quality is excellent and the talk time is outstanding, and recharging is very fast. Afterall its from Plantronics! Its worth purchasing and excellent value for money. I recommended it to my colleagues.

This is my second Bluetooth headset. I like this one because the in-ear portion of the headset helps keep the headset stabilized on my ear. You can exercise with it on, or shake your head back and forth and it doesn't budge. It also helps block out some of the background noise that other sets that rest on my ear do not. The setup was a bit difficult with my Alltel LG AX490 using the included instructions, but after using the Plantronics online setup guide, it connected on the first try. The connection is clear and the ability to swap left and right sides is one of the easiest I've seen yet. Only set back is it only comes with a home charger; you must buy the vehicle charger separate.

I found it very easy to connect to my phone, but I couldn't walk away from the phone talking without alot of static. The ear pierce would disconnect itself from the phone so when the phone rang I wouldn't hear it go off. It doe fit very comfortable, but I have to have the phone right next to me if I want to hear clearly from the headset. I am in the process of returning it to get another one. I am very dissatisfied with this product & wouldn't recomend anyone buying it.

I have owned three different Blutooth headsets and this is the best one I have owned. The signal stays strong even at 25 feet. The device is lightweight and easy to use and I love that I can switch ears without having to disconnect anything.

This is my first Bluetooth headset. I am using it with the Kyocera KX160 "Xcursion." I didnt have a single problem setting up the headset, and I didnt even have to read the instructions. It does pretty well with voice recognition for voice dialing, though you have to speak somewhat loudly for it to hear what you said. I have been told that the sound quality is great, and only had one complaint that it sounded like there was a slight echo (speakerphone like). This headset is so comfortable that I sometimes forget that I am wearing it until I get a call! (I was about to get into the shower and remembered that I had it on) I have had little worry that it would fall off of my ear. I dont know if this is my phone or the headset, but I had noticed that it likes line-of-site, but I can have my phone in my pocket or the other room and still get good sound quality. I would, and have, recommended this headset to a friend!

This is my first blue tooth headset. I use it with a Cingular 8125 phone. I bought it because it was on sale. I have used it for two days and my only complaint is that if I leave it in my ear for a few hours, my ear gets sore. The sound quality is good, no static; I tried as far away as 20 or so feet. I am happy with this purchase and would buy again if I needed to. I will say that even though I don't have experience with other blue tooth earpieces, I am extremely satisfied with this product and would seriously consider purchasing again

Sound Quality is very poor and if the phone does not have direct line of sight of the phone it has a lot of static.

Worked just great out of the box. Use as a wireless headset for my computer. Great audio and good range of about 30 feet with no static. A very good buy.

very good easy to ues dosent take a hole lot of nolage to ues im 14 and set it up all by my self!! i would recomend it to anybody in bisness or needs to talk alot on the phone

This bluetooth worked great for us. Terrific sound and easy to use. We found very little static and the volume actually needed to be turned down a bit. The only drawback for me was that it was a bit to big. My husband loves his. However, I took mine back and got a Motorola 700. A much better fit for me.

We bought 3 new bluetooth capabale phones and set out to find the perfect bluetooth earpiece....My husband was lucky enough that they all seem to fit his ear perfect, I unfortunatly couldnt find one that would stay on my ear. I was also looking for one that was loud in my ear as well as for the caller on the other end. I purchased the plantroonics 320 and love it!!! My husband bought the "Motorola Bluetooth HS850". and my son bought the Jabra the one that comes with 23 different little things you can put on it to change its look. Out of the 3 mine is the loudest and clearest to callers...I drive a school bus and can talk at pretty much a normal level w/o problem...it never falls off my ear is always loud and i find it only drops the link if the battery is almost dead. I reccomend it to everyone!!!!!

This is the Best Bluetooth I have had for the price i paid. I've tried the other Motorola Headsets and they dont sound as clear as this one. Real good Product.

This is my first bluetooth earpiece. This item has clear, loud sound and works great! Charges full in less than 2 hours (first charge)

My husband and I both got this headset. We are happy with the performance, the fit and the price. It is very comfortable to wear. We have not noticed any static on ours and the volume is perfect. I can't even tell when he has it on when he calls. It may work better on some phones than others. We have A-920 Samsung's.

Easy to use and put on. Sound isn't always great (static) but the volume is excellent

I am using this headsetwith SDA and it works great. Tried with SE T610 with the same great result. My previous Motorola HS820 was pretty uselessas - the sound was very quiet and I was concerned it would fall off. This headset is MUCH better, I use it every day and love it.

This is my experience with this wireless piece.I did not like the quality at all.This piece had too much static and the party on the other line could not hear me.I am returning this piece and hopefully can get something better.

Over all the explorer 360 is awsome the only problem is the sound quality the reciving party hears. other than that i recomend it

after trying it only for one day, i am going to return it and get a Motorola bluetooth do the fact that it is just to much static in my ear even thow the volume is turned down, i do like it for the volume cause it is a good high output, and love the fit in the ear, but thats all i like bout this peace

Too much static for me. Sorry! Fits great and stays on but the swivel also broke off on mine.

The voice-dial feature works great. I can leave my cell in the car and still make calls.

I had a motorola HS850. Always had a hard time hearing with it and it flopped around a little. This headset is comfortable, plenty loud and great sound quality oise cancelling. Very pleased with this product and very easy to use. I'd give it a great recommendation.

Great headset. Most comftorable one I've ever used. Quality is good on both sides of the conversation. Didn't work well on the Motorola RAZR, but when I switched to the blackberry, works great.

Far too much static, that may well depend on the brand of phone, just wasn't a good match for my use.

By far, the best value of any Bluetooth headset. The sound quality is much better than I anticipated after reading everyone else's reviews on it, hardly any static at all. Truely an amazing value.

I tried on every single bluetooth headset at the store, and this one by far is the easiest to put on, stays on the best and fits most comfortably. The only drawback is the earpiece is a bit staticky. But the people on the receiving end can hear me fine. For such an affordable and comfortable earpiece, the mediocre sound quality is a disappointment, though not nearly enough to make me stop using it.

My phone sometimes power off during an incoming call. I sometimes get static, but not very often. My husband has a wireless Motorola earphone and likes it much better, but I find the Plantronic much more comfortable.

The only problem I have found is that it is sometimes impossible to disconnect the bluetooth from the phone if you want to just use it as a handset. I love the way it fits so easily into ones ear.

I just bought this Explorer 320. Results: Too much static, people can't hear me clearly even with a strong signal. My phone loses connection with the device when I least expect it. Warning - The volume and on/off button are the same. The only good thing is that it fits better in my ear than most bluetooth devices I've tested. Too bad I'm heading back to RadioShack to exchange it because the swivel broke off.
