this car does not work on the pavement. It is extremely slow(5mph)It uses regular batteries so they die fast. The car could go faster if the tires didn't just spin.

Slow not worth the 20 bucks...
By Mike R.Verified Reviewer from Saint Francis, MN on 7/29/2007
Pros:
Attractive Design
Cons:
Boring, Low Quality
Best Uses:
Display only
Describe Yourself:

Bottom Line:
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

The car is seriously geared way too high lugging the motor. It will not drift on blacktop or cement. The cheesy wheel design for changing tires is not good. There just isn't enough RPM in this motor to do anything with. It's a very slow car. Save your [$] and get something else. The AWD buggy/truck is supposed to fly, buy that instead.

its just junk
By Dylan from South west MI on 7/16/2007
Pros:
Durable
Cons:
Bulky, Difficult to Use, Low Quality
Describe Yourself:

Bottom Line:

ok, were to start...?
its big, Way to loud, the drift tires make it almost unusable on hard wood floors, the normal tires scratch hard wood floors, the tires spin and spin but when they get grip its slow. the same day i bought this i got my sister a "1:32 Ford GT" witch was more impressive for half the price

DONT Bother with this car

Great, classic, car! Turns nice, jumps ramps well, and can fit under nearly everything in it's way, tables, chairs, fences and real cars! Maneuvers well through tight spaces.

By Connor M from Home on 5/14/2007

Being a mustang lover I had to buy the car. However it did not live up to my expectations. It does not drift well on anything ive tried it on even with drift tires. However the worst part about it is after switching to the drift tires and then back to normal tires my wheels are falling apart. My rims never stay on for long and while im driving it even the wheels fall off.

By marshall M from Salem on 5/13/2007

Pretty fast. You don't really need drifting tires to drift. Looks awesome! could be faster

When i bought this RC car ...
By Chase C from Eldersburg on 4/22/2007

When i bought this RC car i guess i had high hopes. First off, you must unscrew the car from its pedastal, whichinsted i just ripped the screws out from the under-body frame. I bought 6 AA and 9v Batteries. Set the 350Z on the pavement, and bam! The car moved slower than an average walking speed. An not to mention noisy. It dosent drift either. Well, maybe it will drift if you put it on a waxed linoleum floor on a tilt, but thats about it. (dited by moderator) A shiny plastic chrome engine.

By heywoodjablome a from pikeville ky on 4/11/2007

back end kicks out too easy and is hard to control with drift tires. regular tires ok.

This is a pretty good car. It is easy to drive and works great with the drift tires. A little noisy though...
