After reading some of the reviews I almost did not buy the H500. The H500 charges fast, 2 hours or less, and lasts all day and then some. Sound and mic quality are excellent. Controls are well located with quick response. The H500 remained connected all day. I am using this with a Blackberry and it makes full use of all the features available on the Blackberry. The H500 is an excellent device.

I had one that worked with everything. Then I bought a second one of the same exact thing and it wont work with my PS3. Stupid [*]. How does one work and one not work with the PS3?

I use it when driving or shopping so I can be hands-free. It does not stay near the ear so I am constantly fooling with it to make sure I hear the conversation.

good product but could be better i have also had a h750 loved the loudness but not the fliping mic .if the h500 was louder in my eyes it would be a lot better product

This is my first headset to purchase. I wasn't sure I would like using a headset, so I didn't want to spend alot of money. Overall, I think I got a good product for the price. [...]. It is very lightweight, has good sound, and the people I call say it is clear. My only complaint is that it doesn't fit snugly to my ear. It would do better with a bendable ear wire instead of the plastic hook. Other than that I have been very satisfied. Also, the guy that helped me at the store was very helpful and informative. He helped me find what was good for me instead of trying to sell me the most expensive thing.

This is the best headset I have ever had and I have had 3 or 4 different brands and models. Talk time on a FULL charge is about 5 to 8 hours and standby is 4 to 5 days when it is constantly on. My boyfriend has a set that is twice as expensive and mine has better sound (he can't even tell Im on a headset) better battery life, and better price. Super easy to use, you just need to get used to the buttons.

I have swapped out the H500 two times thinking maybe that it was just the first one having problems. Mainly static that the person on the other end could hear, but not me. Great price, lightweight and easy to use, just too much static and the volume was low even when turned up real high and ear hook didn't fit snugly on either ear. Maybe just my ear? Finally upgraded to the H700, better fit and volume sounds loud and VERY lightweight!

Great batterey life makes it last for days of use without constsnt charging, however there is quite a bit of static that causes my phones voice dial to work poorly at times.

I love my headset, and work for a radioshack local in my area. I wear and talk on it all day long and demo it to customers. Its a great buy, and although you get static ( as you would with anything else) i find it has the least static without moving to the HS850, for more money and a larger piece on your ear. My only complaint is the ear clip itself, but even then- i wear it all day long without a problem

I am so disappointed. The ear piece will not fit my ear, and there is a lot of static.

Absolutley no problems with this headset. My wife uses the same one and so does a close friend. We purchased two more as gifts.

All I have to say is... Horrible!!!! doesn't fit well and no one could hear me because of all of the static. This ear piece is the pits...

My experience with the bluetooth was heavy static,low battery life even when I kept it charged at my desk all day, the functions of muting people out,redial, three way calling did not work. none of the functions work! I have since returned the item.

I purchased this one for my husband and the pink H500 for myself. Easy to pair, and use. But, the talk time is NOT what they say it is. We only get about an hour of talk time and stand by time is also NOT what they say it is at 130 hours! I am returning the two headsets and buying another brand. Very disappointed in the talk time on the battery,even when fully charged.

This is an very poor quality unit.Earloop broke within 4 days,has static,battery life is not as advertised only about 2 hours,It does not fit very well and is not reliable.

This headset has performed terribly for me. Talk time is less than an hour, and static is bad enough that I often have to switch to the phone to be able to hear. I am hoping this is just a bad unit, but I've already swapped it out once -- at least it's bad quality control.

its an excelent head set,one of the best.but when paired with my new razr i cant use my ringtones,they just come up as an irritating beep.but over all its a great head set.might work with other phones.

Excellent unit. I had two others before I had this one. Extremly light weight very comfortable and does not lose calls as fast. There is no static and when calls come in the ring is pleasant. Buy this one and you will be happy

The unit produces great sound quality and is easy to activate. The volume buttons are small and difficult to manipulate while the unit is being worn, but overall the unit is minimum in size and unobtrusive as far as ear pieces go with fine sound quality and sleek looks.

Great headset, I have no problems with it.

This is the best headset offered by bluetooth,for the money it cannot be beat.It's easy to pair with your cell and once you do connect the headset to your phone,The rest is just foolproof I highly recommend the HS500.

This is a great buy for the money. Very comfortable, my other used to hurt my ear if I wore it too long. I'm glad I came across this one.

Loses signal if I am too far from my phone, but gets it back once I'm near it again. It takes about 10 seconds to get the signal back, but it doesn't drop the call...I can hear the person I am talking to, but they can't hear me until the signal is back again. Be patient and all works great. Great buy! This is one of the cheaper ones and seems to get better reviews.

I could hear just fine on it, comfortable to wear. The problem is the people I called kept hearing an echo and static, though I couldn't. I'm returning it today.

Great Headset. Reliable and lasts throughout the day. Very simple to use and fits...tried a few others, but they just kept falling off my ear. This one stays put.

After trying 3 other headsets this is the one. Motorola has by far the best bluetooth I've found. Tried the Plantronics 320, a lot of static... same with the Bodyglove Bluevoice.

I love it!! I tried the Plantronics brand and I was really unhappy with the quality, and it was uncomfortable-bunglesome. With the H500, it's lightweight, easy to program and use. The volume is great, whether you're talking or listening. The price isn't too bad either. Go for it!!

If your in the market for an excellent headset this is the one. It is lightweight and comfortable on your ear. The sound quality is very clear. I totally recommend it.

This is a nice headset the Bluetooth H500 is a nice to use, this bluetooth have lots of features on it if u dont have a headset now and is bout to buy one this is the one to get the H500

Excellant headset! Sound quality, comfort, etc. were all top notch. I'm VERY happy with this headset. Nice LOUD, clear volume - adjustable of course. Lots of features all of which work perfectly. I gave it a 4 on ease of use though for only one reason; the two volume buttons are positioned on directly opposite sides which makes it slightly hard to press one without pressing the other sometimes. But once you get used to it it's no big deal. - But overall, this is such a great headset. I love it and would not hesitate getting it again or recommending it!

I PURCHASED 3 OTHER HEADSETS BEFORE THIS ONE. I WILL NOT NEED TO PURCHASE ANY OTHER. THIS HEADSET IS GREAT IN EVERY WAY. IT'S LIGHT WEIGHT, EASY TO USE, LOOKS GREAT AND IT COST A LOT LESS THAN THE OTHERS I PURCHASED. I JUST LOVE IT.

I picked this headset because it looked nice and because it was a newest one. It was very easy to pair with my phone and very easy to use. Everyone that I talk to says the H500 sounds better than my (Phone)Motorola V551.

I've tried them all, this is the best!!!
