I got this toy right after christmas when it was [$]. The roterblades are really thin and rip easily but they kinda need to be that way. Otherwise the helicopter wouldn't be able to fly. Its fun to fly, a little tricky to get the hang of but fun nonetheless. Avoid wrecks as best you can. You'll be surprised at how much air this thing can move. It will really jump up in the air once it starts moving so be careful when you take off. All in all a very fun toy. The parts are inexpensive and easy to replace. Well worth it for mature children (adults included =) )
This is a great little RC Helicopter. So much better than some of the lousy alternatives out there for inside use, BUT I can't seem to find replacement blades. They are a little flimsy, but the hoop around the blades offer good protection. Just tell me where to get replacements. Mine are shot.
Great little copter. Far superior to single bladed models, since it doesn't have to compensate for the massive torque of a single blade going one way.
Easy and fun to fly. Rather fragile if you crash it a lot. Learn to fly in very open space before you fly in a smaller space. Definitely recommended if you like flying stuff. I'm about to buy extra blades. Just go ahead and buy them ahead of time. ;)
got it for alpha honor roll so far in year. first day i tried it it broke. now i am buying the replacement kit for it.
Do not run your mosquito into anything
if possible. If you do, kill the power
before crashes or the wing blades will
certainly disintegrate quickly.
Be careful when using it. Breaks very easily and you cannot crash it more than once. You may not think it will break at first, but it will.

Cool toy. Also bought the AC charger to keep from burning through batteries. Buy extra blades because the first set or two will break during "flight training". Extra blades are tough to find currently, and the web site is out, too.
very fun i got it for christmas and it flew very well but on the first day it broke now im buying a replacement kit.
The product is fun, but be careful as the blades (exp the tail blade) break easily. It wood be good to get replacement blades with the toy - [...]sells the main replacement blades (at the best price), but you can buy the other parts (that [...]does not sell) at the parent company. You can even buy replacement bodies at the parent company. CAREFUL as the replacement parts can start to cost more the the original purchase price. --- Even so it is pretty fun if you are just getting into RC helicopters. - They did not know about it at [...] but the base charger also will run with a DC 7.5/450mA charger. I think [...] would rather see you buy the batteries at their store, but getting the charger could save you money down the road. (-;
Be careful when learning how to fly the mini RC. These blades won't take much abuse. One good crash and your off to your local [...] for a new set of blades. Learning how to fly the copter isn't hard. It's just when you crash that can get costly.
It worked great inside. When I took it outside it went higher than my roof and I crashed it. The rotors broke, which I anticipated. The only problem with this is that my local store was sold out of the replacement rotors and so is radio shacks website. I have to drive 30 miles to buy new rotors. This was user error, if you are more careful while learning to use it, this product is a blast. I bought an ac adapter to charge the copter battery so I didn't have to buy the c batteries and keep replacing them.
I got this to play with in my cube at work. Modifying it is more fun than flying it. Flying takes some practice. The most fun I have is flying over a cube wall and landing on a coworker's desk.
I went to [...] looking for a different RC helicopter. I took a look at this one and decided to try it out. I was a little hesitant at first but once I seen a video of it flying I was hooked! I unpackaged it (that took longer then actually learning how to fly it!) and put the batteries in the charger. I plugged it in and charged it up. Took about 10 minutes first charge out of the box. Read the directions on how to get it ready for flight and powered it up. I was amazed at how precise the controls are! Once you get it dialed in with the dial in the middle of the Remote control, flying is a breeze! I use it to cool off as my job area is hot! Wonderful product. Seems flimsy but it takes a good licking and keeps on flying! The blades are a bit flimsy but, they take a good pounding before they break!I recommend getting the replacement rotor blades as you will break the first ones learning how to fly it around your areas.
I bought a variant of this Mosquito on ebay and after the second flight I realized that not only could I not fly forward or backward because the tail blade was junk, but one of the rotor blades broke. I got this replacement kit [...] the next day and it's amazing the difference in quality. [...] kit is amazing. They are super durable and work great! I'm ordering more kits just to have on hand.

Great little toy for grown ups! Flies exceptionally well. You'll break your first set of blades, so order extras right away.
Took about a day to learn how to control. Overall this toy is fun to fly.My Chihuahua likes to chase it around the house
the blades broke on the first flight. it's hard to find a store that has any replacement parts.
I got a broken blade shaft and I am unable to find a replacement part
