This product was a real treat when I first bought it, the sound was great and I used it continuously and sure the battery life isn't long but for what I paid I thought it was worth it. The only problem I found was that I once turned it on and it said I had an error and I didn't exactly know what to do about it...Other than that it's pretty neat!

I received this mp3 player for christmas less than 2 months ago. The product was working fine and I was just getting used to the controls when I tried to turn it on one morning and it gave me this message "Memory is Full! 5MB free space is needed to power on!" well when I turned it off I still had over 300 MB of free space on it. figuring it was a typical machine I tried again and got this message when I turned it on. "Connect to PC and use device manager to repair!" Being the audiophile that I am, and needing to have my music with me I plugged into my computer in hopes that I would be able to upload music in time to start my day. when I tried to format the disk and start from scratch my computer was unable to format the device so now I am left with an mp3 player that won't turn on. I would strongly recommend not purchasing this item unless you are willing to own a very light paper weight.

This M3P player looks great, because it's like having an ipod without paying all that extra money but really, it's a waste. You're suppose to leave it charged for four hours before you first use it... did it... lasted two days, died. Then everytime it charges from then own, it dies. It can charge, be cut off and not used for ONE DAY and it's dead and has to be recharged. Bad, Bad, MP3 Player.

I got this mp3 player for christmas so it's been almost a month that I had it. All of a sudden it just froze up after it finished charging. It's very annoying that it does that but luckily I still have the warranty. Take my advice and by something else like the zune, ipod nano or zen player.

it a good one. but its really slow and i think that its freezing up becasue people arnt patient enough to wait for it to catch up with its self. and when it does freeze up reset it, it works. it needs a reset button to its self though not the play pause on off reset button lol . the batery life could be longer and the pacage should come with a wall charger.

Its a great device really. I don't know why people keep on saying poor sound quality becuase your using data files. The sound quality is going to be effected by the original file/download/cd you got the data from, not the mp3 player...
Anyhow for those people who keep complaining about the freezing you should really know that sometimes, no matter what the device, you simply have to let the battery runout. That will put the device in an automatic reset allowing the for proper usage, I've "repaired" several deviced in such a manner already including an Ipod, its a problem that anything with a rechargable battery will go through. Alsa if you think that its hard to navigate through the menus, you must be an idiot. The Ipod has the same layout except you have scroll with the circular pad. I don't think it's a big deal to have to push a button a few times to get to the song you want, besides there is always the feature to just play all songs.I think the only problem with this is when you have to wait a tad bit too long for my tastes to turn on the device, but that is such a minor problem that I could honestly care less.I have had this mp3 player for about 7 months now and I am happy with it.
I.E I think it's always a good Idea to learn why the product is messing up before you just go blabbing on about how terrible something is, that way you can make a review that would actually help someone in making there decision on a purchase, I mean thats why this option was created.

This product works fine, you just have to kow how to use it. For instance, mine didn't turn on the second I pressed the power button and I thought it was broken, as it turns out, if you hold the power button for 5 seconds atleast and let go it will load.
Also Don't DRAG AND DROP FILES ONTO PLAYER!!! In doing so you risk messing up the formatting of the Player.
USE A MEDIA MANAGER!!!
They help tremendously.
Trust me I have had multiple MP3 Players and they all stopped working when I did the DRAG AND DROP process.
USE A MEDIA MANAGER!!!

Broke as soon as I got it out of the box.
Got a new one and its working OKAY I suppose.
If you have a long list of songs, it takes years to find the one your looking for, due to the lack of a organzation program, and the buttons.
You have to click that damned button for every song you want to skip over.
People trust me, just invest in an iPod.
Its a good idea.
