I was happy to see that my local RS had these in stock, so I picked one up. When I got it home and hooked it up there was only sporadic glimpses of a dark and off color picture with static coming over the audio. The advertised range of ~100m was a selling point, but at 10m I didn't get anything at all. Carefully wiggling the camera power cable resulted in more picture than static when held just the right way. [...] However, the second unit performed only slightly better, having better than 50% picture to static ratio. Still, when the dark, off color, picture came up, it had sporadic random horrizontal white lines across it, and I still had to jiggle the camera power cable to get the picture to come up.I should also note that I tried setting the camera channel to each of the 4 settings on both units that I've had my hands on, but this made little difference. I had planned on using this on a couple RPV models, but after this, I'm returning the second unit for a full refund.

Its great. its small and can easily be hidden.

Good product for the money and the wireless solves many positioning problems. Some lines across display which I expected with wireless, but you can still easily distinguish what is on the display. Not the greatest picture, but good enough for those wanting to simply know if activity is going on in the area captured by the camera.
