Most of the time I have to drive completely up to the garage door, roll down the window, and with the control in my hand, point directly to the door so that it may open.

Unplug garage opener, replace old wall botton with new, plug in garage opener, press remote button, BAM! Works great. Unfortunately, I couldn't get it to pair with my trucks homelink. Not a big deal though.

I bought this product based on the reviews below. These guys were right on. Installation took no more than two minutes (I had the screwdriver ready...normally I have to factor in an hour to find the right tools).

I have no electrical background and have never done this before. I took off the old button attached two wires and the installation was complete. Anyone can install this device easily. My original codes and remotes still work and now I have a new key fob remote without having to purchase an expensive new Genie remote. Great product, amazing price.

It installed (and worked properly) on a 25+ year old opener with an install time of less than 5 minutes.
Also, instead of replacing your existing wall button (as the installation guide shows), if you prefer simply wire it in at the opener and double face tape the receiver to the side of the motor housing.
