Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I think this is a great product. It alerts me to anyone coming into my yard, then you can listen and speak to your guest/intruder. There are a few false alarms, but it is mainly due to vibrations (I haven't secured the sensor to a stable position yet) or incorrectly positioning the sensor. But all around it is a great product, and I am getting ready to order 2 more sensors for additional security.

This worked for a week...too late to return it since hubby took so long to install. It goes off when no one is around (a ghost?) and it doesn't go off when my Ford SUV drives by. Hmmm... I have to go out to the driveway and beat it sometimes with the newspaper to get a response. Not a consistent "reporter." Many false alarms.
