Nifty little bean. I do like the wireless range. Ear buds fit my ears fine. can also use any earbuds I choose as they were clever in putting a standard jack on the thing. Battery does last about 5-6 hours, I charged it 4 hours initially as the booklet says. Would be 5 stars if the transmitter could take more than one bean at a time (only one to one)

This was a HUGE disappointment. I purchased these headphones thinking that I could listen to music or TV as I worked around the house. For TV they were terrific--and if that is all you want the wireless for, then these might be for you. I returned them and am going to try another type of wireless headphones.

The ear-buds did not fit in my ears. They were too big to fit in well. As a result, the music was totally lacking bass and was very thin, tinny sounding. If I pushed the ear-buds so that they were firmly against the bones in my ears, the sound was much better--but they would not stay there unless I held them in place, and that much pressure hurt my ears.

The mechanism for carrying around the receiver pod was cheap and very poorly thought out: a piece of plastic tubing with a wire loop on it. Look carefully at the pictures--there are no views of the system showing the wires connecting the ear-buds to the receiver pod or the white plastic tubing on which the receiver pod hangs. I wasn't expecting to have to wear it as a necklace--and an extremely ugly one, at that!

The receiver pod did not hold a charge well. It would only function for 3 to 3 and a half hours before the battery needed a recharge. I felt that it should have had a much longer use-interval.

Also, the ear-buds themselves were very cheaply assembled. The speaker inside the bud had a tiny piece of speaker cloth GLUED over the opening. The glue was soft and allowed the cloth to come off--sometimes while it was in my ear! No stars for this design...

For the money, I didn't feel that this product was worth what I paid. I don't recommend it for anything but watching TV (that's why I gave it one star--it did work well for SHORT sessions of TV watching).

Used these to extend my noise cancelling sony headphones with the bean. It works exceptionally well. I get about 70 feet of distance in my home and have tried it outside with about 120 feet.
Very Recommended!
