I RECEIVED THIS PRINTER AS A GIFT. WAS EASY TO SET UP. USE IT ON TWO COMPUTERS ONE WITH XP PRO DESKTOP & VISTA HOME PREMIUM ON A LAPTOP.I HAVE NO PROBLEMS WITH WIRELESS FEATURE MY LAPTOP IS IN BASEMENT & THE PRINTER IS IN MY SECOND FLOOR HOME OFFICE THIS THING IS GREAT. EASY & SIMPLE TO USE AND IS MY FIRST WIRELESS PRINTER I LOVE IT.

The wireless is a nice feature. However, if the rest of the product fails to meet one's quality standards, then its meanless. The product is not well built. Very, very flimsy. Cost of Lexmark ink cartridges is much more than Heweltt Packards.

Definitely would not recommend this product to any family members or friends.

Just got this printer and i love it. easy set up and its my first wireless printer asnd i have all our computers hooked up and it works great
