Just received my printer today, and it doesn't come with the USB chord to connect it to the computer. Called HP, and I have to buy the chord. No big deal, the guy said, they're only $20. Not that much, but come on...the stupid thing is no good without that chord! I'm considering returning it and getting one that comes with all the parts necessary to run.
Worked horribly, jamed every time i printed, [$]for only black ink.[...]for color ink. Only have 0.9 oz ink in cartriges.Horrible product. better to buy deskjet d4260. thats the best printer i had.
I've been using this printer at home for a few months now, and I couldn't be happier. Even at "fast draft" settings, the text quality is exceptional (though I wouldn't use it for photo or JPEG images). Printed image copies at best settings - in color or black and white - are great. Definitely worth the price. Plus, HP provides software on the included CD for both Mac OSX and Windows, so installing is a breeze.
