After I bought this, I tried to connrect it to my laptop running Vista. The software that comes with it (to allow scanning, etc.) isn't compatible!

The only flaw I found was in the faxing software that comes with the product, I didn't find it user-friendly or forgiving, needs to be improved for non-computer people. I ended up creating a fax face sheet, as the software was too difficult in setting one up to use all the time.

Decent cheap printer, ink runs out soon

The product is ok. The print quality is decent. Not great, but not bad either. It does run out of ink very quickly so be prepared to spend half the printers cost in ink cartridges within 6-8 months, and then again in 6-8 months.

Also, don't trust the radioshack website to give you the proper ink cartridges. It doesn't this printer will not take the "57" HP tri-color even though it is one of the recommended accessories for this printer on this site.

This is the best all in one printer that I ever bought. There isn't any reason why no one should buy it. It works extremely well and is a great price. We use this for personal use, photos, and school work. I am very happy with this purchase, I couldn't have done better than this.

I use my printers for business use and private use. As always I depend on HP's top notch performance when I select a printer or other products. I'm a police officer and own two businesses (mortgage company and real estate investment firm). HP products are always my first choice when selecting office related eqipment and other products.

I Love the idea that I can use one machine for all my needs.This machine was so easy to set up and use.It is replacing and older model inkjet printer that is also a Hp That I have had about 15 years and still working.Its also replacing a 15 yr old Hp scanner that I have had 15 yrs also.I love hp products,they are so relieable.It is also so reasonably price

Probably the best value priced all in one I have ever used! This prints as well as my much more expensive HP all in one. A pleasure to own as a back up just in case my main printer needs work.
