This modem has been extremely reliable for several years. No issues what-so-ever.

I set it up and every half hour it drops connection and requires a power cycle to get it working again. Worthless modem, do not buy.

I use this product to connect to the internet (obviously) and check emails ect.. The best thing about it, I would say is that it fits in with my coputer greatly, and it's size is so smal and compaq. It sits up vertically, so it doesn't take up alot of room on my desk. Room is definataly something I need! The modem sits up about 6 or 7 inches, and is barely an inch thick. The only bad thing about it is probably all the wires hanging out the back of it. 4 of 5 wires is alot of weight for this light thing, so it ends up falling all the time.
