Purchased this with some hesitation. But it is a great computer for the price, and the compact size is a plus. After hearing friends complain about the sluggishness of Vista, I found Vista to work very smoothly and open qiuckly. I was pleased overall at the speed with which this machine opens programs, allows multitasking, and switches between windows. The multiple card readers are definitely useful, as I have phones that take miniSD, camera that takes SD and MS, and not having to worry about the adapters is a nice change. DVD burner works great. Nice multimedia applications for photos, videos, etc.
