its a good quiet fan thats simple to use and instal with the suplied screws. the decible level is corect, ignore the above reviewer. the fan is a good upgrade and has good cfm for a normal setup but i plan on using these one my radiator so im hoping for a little more umph.

This fan moves great amounts of air, but it is defiantly not as quiet as rated (21dbs). It is more like 40 - 50 dbs. Overall, if you need to move alot of air, it is a good buy.
