don't listen to this other guy bashing on the razer. obviously he did something to break his mouse in the first place!! i have had my Copperhead for years and it is a superior mouse. The on-the-fly sensitivity adjustments are really handy when switching between applications that have different uses. Easy to go from slow and very precise (ie photoshop) to fast, but still accurate (your favorite shooter game). Logitech is good but razer has been making performance gaming mice since day 1, and that hasn't changed! awesome mouse!!

Im a gamer.If you buy this mouse or one of many others from razer you WILL need to rma for warranty though razer. Heres the catch they send you a replacement a month later and give you no proof that they rma.If you have issues a second time which im sure you will they ask for proof of purchase for the second mouse.Keep in mind your recipt is for the first mouse as they wont honor that at razer for the replacement.I have learnt this the hard way dealing with razer they skipout on thir warranty as much as they can.Took me two months to get my replacement just to get a bad one.Then they say they need a recipt they did not send with the replacement.They also claim to have no record of the rma?They way to go is the logitech g15 as logitech has never failed to impress me with outstanding support for thir products and my g15 fits my hand better and is 2x as old as my razer with no issues.If you buy razer your paying for thir coolness and looks not for bang for the buck reliability or custumer support.Sorry radio shack for a negitive review perhaps carry more logitec stuff and it will save your company some headaches :) also the mouse seems to find RAZER sharp peices of dirt in the feet? It really cuts the heck outa my fancy mouse pads and they arnt cheap.its a bad foot desighn thing.Replaceing the feet donot resolve the issue.
