The unit almost always tries to route you via major interstates; rarely the shortest most direct route. For example, in one instance it gave me a 500 mile route when I only had to go about 90 miles. Needless to say, I chose a shorter route using an atlas.

Drive 48 states, gives me good truck routes. Has lots of routing options. Looking forward to next update, company has good customer service.

My company recently gave me WorldNavigator for my Truck. I think it is a superb product. I been many times stuck in the area where I not suppose to be with my truck no matter how well I planned with regular GPS. With commercial GPS unit I can see all the restricted roads and low bridges. I think TeleType did a great job. I would recommend to any truck driver.

I have worldnav on my semi and so far I like it a lot. Clear routes and so far I did not get a ticket for traveling on restricted roads. I have the unit only for 2 months. My verions is 05.15. It will probably will take me time to learn all the features of the units but so far it does what I need most. A to B with consideration of Truck Restriceted Roads

I got my Navigation Truck system WroldNav about 1 month ago by recommendation of my coworkers. I am traveling between East and West Coast. I am using WorldNav every day and so far got excellent routing. I heard from my friends that original release had some problem in TX but I did not experience that at all. My version is 0515.I am impressed with a tech support at WorldNav. The people answering the phone know system well. I was explain in great detail how to hook up my rear view camera to the GPS. It seems they have knowledgeable people answering the toll free number.

traveled to Quebec,Canada and then Laredo,Tx. system
stated trucks were not allowed on major hwys thru Texas to location. called teletype advised my system dated 04/2008 had old software. Advised by teletype that after I register on their website,I can get upgraded software that will solve truckers problem.Will update then

This product is for Truck Routing. I have Semi and this product for me is god send. So far I do not think there is anything like that on the market. I hope I can find rear view camere for this GPS soon. There is a port to plug the camera and I am not sure about the specs
