Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
I have had several GPS units and this is the best unit yet. Compact for trip and a internal battery which is great in rental cars with a bad placement for the cigarette lighter. I really like the options and the lock code feature to prevent theft. Screen is crisp and clear and no problems what so ever. Thanks Garmin
