Comments about Garmin® Garmin® Map Update 2009 DVD:
This is a decent starter GPS, as the menus are fairly straightforward, but don't even think of using the search function, as the hourglass will turn endlessly for hours unless you're talking about a chain store. Even after the [$] map upgrade to 2009, there are countless mistakes of roads that STILL aren't there. Some of the points of interest are very helpful, however.
