Got this for my mom for mother's day. She figured it out herself, and loved it. It's actually pretty nifty. The software is really easy to use too.

It worked on my laptop at home, but when I tried downloading additional pics from a desktop computer and another laptop, the software couldn't be found. What a piece of junk. (Sorry, Mom! Will get you another, better gift for Mom's Day!!)

Plugged mine into my computer, computer wouldn't read the Keychain. Program that is supposed to auto-run did not start up. I called SAKAR customer service now they want me to send it back for a "fixed product". What a hassle! There goes my mom's mothers day present :(
