I received this Royal keychain photo viewer as a grab bag gift at a friends christmas party and it does nothing but light up USB Charge / USB Update. I loaded the software on 2 different computers and plug it in the USB and niether computer will reconize it. I now feel like charlie Brown at Holloween " I GOT A ROCK''.
