Comments about RadioShack Wire-Tie Mounts (10-Pack):
I recently purchased Radio Shack product 278-441, "Wire-Tie Mounts". This replaces a product that I have used frequently in my tech support career. The new version of the product is far inferior, for two reasons. First, it does not allow the adhesive pad to be reinforced with a small screw installed through the center of the mount. Second, the new design allows the wire tie to come in contact with the adhesive pad inside the mount, preventing the tie from sliding freely through. I hope that you will reconsider this design and return to the earlier, more useful version.
